Worst Filiberto’s. I ordered a carne Asada burrito and they put shredded beef instead of carne Asaad and no guacamole in my burrito.

It's great food. Can be a little pricey if you're trying to eat on a budget. Their tostadas are my personal favorite it gives a lot to eat for $7

Bought beef tacos, they were great. The pollo asado burrito was not good, more like boiled chicken, and we found little bone and some cartilage in it. He couldn't eat the rest. I called the same night and left a message about it and no one returned my call. I purchased thru the drive thru and couldnt come back that same night to talk to someone in person. But like I said the tacos were great.

Still thinking about the $75 dollars I spent here last night. Very expensive for fast food. $15 carne asada fries and $7 bean and cheese burritos.

Always well made and an A+ inspection rating. Much cleaner than most Mexican fast food places. One of my wife's an my favorites.

The people here are always rude. They never follow instructions. The foods never fresh. Definitely do not eat here unless you want to be disappointed. This is what you will get for 28 dollars

Added chips & guacamole to my order, which was a *mistake. * The guacamole was gross. It was watery and flavorless. Chips came layered in cold shredded cheese. Worst of all it was $9, which is really a lot for chips and guac.

First time here, I tried the super nachos. Serving size was big, price point was $16. Okay if you were splitting for two people.

Went to order nachos and a quesadilla around 9 PM the other night and was told the only food that they can make after 8 PM is fried food? ! Like what the heck? I have never had this experience at any other Filiberto’s, also they charge you to get the green and red sauce? They have a giant sign on their window saying that you have to pay for extra sauce. They only give you two of each Max without having to pay. That’s just crazy. Definitely not going back to this location. I will drive the extra couple miles down the road to the one on Litchfield and Waddell. The one on Litchfield and Waddell is awesome. Great food great customer service at the one on Litchfield and Waddell and I have never been told I cannot get a quesadilla or nachos after 8 PM and they don’t charge for sauces at that location in Litchfield and Waddell. I really hope this location gets shut down soon, the food quality is usually not great and I only have ever gone to this location (bell rd and 303) out of convenience. But won’t be visiting anymore NOT WORTH IT

The lady working was rude and refused to fix my order a third time after the restaurant messed it up the previous two times. Even worse the portion of food I got in the second fix was dramatically smaller than the original and overall I am extremely unhappy

I have never received cold food from this place until today. The cheese on the Carne asada fries didn't melt, the meat was even cold.bean and cheese burrito was the same. I'm shocked, did ya all forget to turn on the microwave and burners?

Usually every other filabertos I go to the chicken is waaaay salty and unedible. This location was on point and everything was fresh

This place is an absolute hit every time. The staff is insanely kind as well. I’ve only had one issue in the past and they resolved it immediately with no hesitation. I would recommend this to anyone.

Way overpriced. Got their special bean burrito for $1.99 (does not include cheese), plus a large drink, added cheese, they told me it'd be $2.20 for the burrito, only to find out it was $2.20 just to add cheese on each burrito, my meal was over $12 and I said no thanks. Told her to tell her manager they were overpriced, she acted like she didn't hear me, I Said I'm serious. She then said to call the corporate number because there's nothing the manager can do. Terrible service.no apology or anything
