Took my brother in law to buy his first car; Roshell in sales and James deluca in finance were super kind and patient people. They answered all my questions and explained everything thoroughly which I greatly appreciated. They both stayed very late to make sure we were able to get everything figured out and signed so he could take it home that night. Wonderful, kind people!
Here's next there for a recall. Initially, I had made the appointment but they had in the parts. They rescheduled my appointment and had the part in. By the time the new date was 4 and got it done quite timely.
Great service, and excellent advisor…had my 32000k check on my Hyundai Sonata. The work was done expeditiously, and I was communicated with (by advisor) from beginning to end!
The customer service was great, took about 2 hours longer than originally planned. Grant did keep us updated and sent shuttle service to make the wait tolerable. All work was completed and appreciated!
3 stars for at least having a dealership here in Prescott. 5 Stars for the person who was helping me with my car. I understand that there will be a new dealership soon. 4 stars for the actual work and time it took to complete with my car. For future reference: It would be better that you wash the car ESPECIALLY when I am bringing it in for RECALL or WARRANTY work. You can always improve your services and looking forward to them at the new place.
The quote given for an oil change was way lower than what I was charged. Not my first time having the oil changed there so why would it be so different? The service guy said because they don’t know what kind of oil we need when they quote. Look that up if you have returning customers. Terrible customer service.

It was time for my new Hyundai to be serviced. Upon arriving the day of service, I was treated respectful, given a fair length of time I'd have to wait & since this was my 1st time, the service included several other additional upgrades at no extra fee! The service was completed earlier than expected, great! I was also given a "complementary car wash! " The service was wonderful! Thank you so much!

My car was taken in for some warranty work and the part required is unusual so not readily available. Due to the long wait the dealership gave me a free loaner, a 23 Sonata (gorgeous car by the way) and have done everything possible to make my wait stress free. The funny thing is it looks like I've sold that loaner for them.
AVOID! Just out for your money! Hyundai sent a letter offering a free steering lock, I called Findlay and Glen advised me I could drop by and pick it up, no problem. I drove out there today and the service writer tells me he'll need to set an appointment to come back another day so they can "look over" the car, ostensibly so they can then pressure me into paying for services I did not ask for. Hard pass on Findlay Hyundai.
I highly recommend their sales department. No pressure, and the entire purchase process was fast and easy.
My husband and I recently purchased a Hyundai Tucson N Line and are very pleased with the whole process from beginning to end. Our sales person was Gina Attaguile. Gina made us feel right at home. She was very knowledgeable and if she didn't know the answer (but she knew most) she would find out for us. She welcomed us to call or come back with any questions regarding any of the bells & whistles that are part of the vehicle. I would feel comfortable referring her as an excellent sales person. Want to add that Mike and James were also great to deal with.
The gentleman at the gate of the service center was awesome! He saw a second adjustment that my car needed and came to find me when my car was done. A very pleasant experience!
