They helped me find the shoe i was looking for but one if the ladies there was flirting with a customer and the other one was at the cash register, and i hate how were just teens they never ask if i need help when i was the only one there but when another guy came in, they asked him if he needed anything and i was just standing there not getting help.

This FinishLine location has a vast selection of footwear and tend to get most of the hype releases. Stands out more than the other Shoe stores in this mall.

Nancy is by far one of the best workers there! She went above and beyond helping find the perfect shoes for me!

Terrible the people there don’t know how to attend. I waited over 30 minutes for them to not even give me the pair I asked for.

Great service from (Matt) who was very patient and had the drive in him to attend those around going back and forth. When it was only him and the other associate there upon my visit there. I would thank the other person but (Matt) stood out more.

I'm a 22 year military veteran with some disability problems. I was trying on a pair of sneakers at the Desert Sky Finish Line location and noticed the shoes were previously worn. I asked to see another pair that were not previously worn and returned. The worker said those were the only pair she had. I was still tried them on and noticed the soles were loose. They had been ripped out and replaced. Still I decided to get the shoes and talked to the worker about marking them down since they were previously worn. She agreed. As she was ringing up the shoes, the store manager Alissa (Alicia) came over and told the worker not to discount the shoes. She asked me a question "were the soles loose? " I answered yes. Alissa laughed and said "they are supposed to be loose! " "They are interchangeable, all the soles are interchangeable! " I told her I was not slow, I understood that shoe soles can be removed, however, the shoes I planned on buying already had the soles ripped out by a previous owner. I asked her not to laugh at me and as a disabled veteran with a walking condition, having the right soles was of importance to me. She again bearded me and told me the shoes were going to be sold as is. I asked for her supervisor and she told me "I have none, I am the boss! " I decided not to argue with Alissa and took my business elsewhere. As a 22 year military veteran, I have never received such horrible customer service, especially from a store manager.
