Chingen to your mother, they don't give the guarantee that Nike says on tennis shoes with a 2-year warranty after two months of purchasing

They place policies over other dumb rules and policies so they can get away with selling you 210$ shoes with a manufacturer defect and wont accept the shoes or do a consumer /manufacturer claim when its obvious the damage. What was the whole point of going through a 3rd party authorized seller, still im giving finishline business and they cant keep a customer happy or do work for a customer by taking the product and doing the claim for a customer. I recommend anybody buying shoes just go direct to the shoe manufacturer like nike, addidas, etc instead of using finishline. Awaste of time and company.

Worst customer service ever, walked in there is 6 to 7 employees in store no one greets you, no one comes to ask if you need anything. Then when approached by customer for help they give expression as if your bothering them
And their conversation. Why be in customer service if you don’t want to service your customers? Wouldn’t spend a dime here

I was a regular customer at this location but recently the customer service has been horrible, the female sales associate seems to avoid helping customers and appear to get annoyed when you ask for assistance, I recently requested 2 pair of shoes and after waiting 5 or so minutes I noticed the associate standing at the other end of the store, when I approached and asked about the shoe's she said the shoes will be at the register. I said I would like to try them on, she became visibly annoyed that I asked for the shoes, she walked away and returned with one left shoe. I asked for the other shoes, and she stated with an audible attitude, "it is store policy that customers are only allowed to try on 1 left shoe". I told her to keep the left shoe and left the store. This is the second time this has happened with this associate. I will not return to this location.

Has many collections but i saw same shoe here for $110 that is also available in Ross for $40. So I bought it from Ross. If you are lucky, you can try my hack too:

Terrible service. I walked in to buy some shoes for my kids that I confirmed online that they had in stock at AZ Mills. I walk in to a store, they had no other customers, and both women at the front of the store ignore me. I asked how they were doing and got zero response. I went to the kids section and no one attempted to greet or help me. SoI walk back up to ask one of the women who reluctantly came back to “help” me. She proceeded to tell me the shoe on my phone only came in the older kids size then just walked off… finally a second worker came and asked me if I needed help and she looked up the shoe in her system and went and found it. It’s sad that someone is actually paying people to represent their company this way.that’s the service, or lack there of, that’s going to end up turning this store to online only…

Shawn was incredibly rude and made comments about my skin tone and made me incredibly uncomfortable. Went to Foot Locker instead. Colorist.
