Fired Pie, Phoenix AZ

Not all locations are treated equal. I used to order Fired Pie near my job. Everything was always so fresh & abundant. They probably had to constantly stock due to the amount of customers.
This location was so-so. I had to go when I got hm. For now (only time will tell) I won't solely put that on dining here. However it was immediately following my visit. Nonetheless, there was 2 guys. The place was empty. It appears that some business was taking place as work papers & a laptop was placed out. I didn't see nor ask for a glove change, I'll just assume there was one. One guy prepped my pizza & the other who I held a mini chat w/ fired it. He topped my pizza w/ Basil & Oregano. I used their Parm & chili flakes table side

I ordered the 'build your own pizza'
-Marinara
-Cheese
-Mushroom

Tiny amount: Garlic & Sundried Tomatoes

End result was oddly salty
Not bad, not burnt. Just "so-so"

I go here quite a bit, because it's close by and ends up being the default when I can't think of anywhere else to go. MyPie is a little better, but can't complain since this place is much closer and maintains consistency.

Used to like coming to Fired Pie for a quick lunch. Last few times the service has been lacking. Wasted money to get a drink to only find out they were out and would not be making anymore. This is frustrating when this is the only drink selection you like. Guess I will be taking this off my go to places.

I love this place. I wanted to give them 5 stars but sometimes the salad portions aren't consistent. Also, had a takeout order once all jacked up.

Otherwise, amazing food for the price. Nice staff, clean dining room. I always try to visit while in town.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS STORE! Ordered 2 pizzas for pickup on June 2nd for 8: 50 pick up, got out work late was looking forward to dinner. I got there at 8: 45 and the doors were lock. Knocked on the door and was ignored, the three workers looked up but didn't answer the door! I go to my car to call the store, no answer. I got back to the front door and an employee comes and says it's open! Then hands me two pizzas and tells me they are closed! I take my pizzas home, completely the wrong order, I mean not even close! I'll never go there again! Now I'm out money and no food!

Every time I come here, the pizza comes out raw, barely cooked and I asked for extra crispy knowing this and it still came out raw.

Employees should know what a cooked pizza looks like. ‍️

No business whatsoever. Bunch of kids that don't know customer service. Terrible. I couldn't even order. Just shut this place this place down. Bring back red brick.

Needs improvement. I order a Margherita and a Mediterranean pizza every time I come here or order online and 2 out of 3 times I receive whatever the person felt like making me. I just ordered and got two Margherita pizzas, one without basil I might add. I'm sorry I had to leave a review about this, but seriously, get it together.

Tbh those toppings definitely aren't fresh, chicken was pretty gross and my cauliflower crust was burnt. Can find better at a lower price elsewhere. My pizza had a watery taste.

3 times I have tried this location. First 2, they did not have the order ready and it was over 20 minute wait for a pre order. Mind you, for 1 pizza. The third time they informed me my order had been picked up already, i had not been here. Don't use the 24th and baseline location.

Terrible customer service. Rude girls working the counter. No one greeted us, ignored us for 5 minutes. We've never been to this place before so we were unsure of where to order from and neither of the employees would look up to speak with us. Once they finally spoke it was very short. "What do you want" "here's your change" *threw it into my moms hand* and walked away without giving us our drink cups. We felt like a huge inconvenience for them.

Food was good. Pizza better than previous visits, seemed to have a lot more toppings than I remember.
Staff was nice, though busy time.

A few times that I been here, and my order gets given away to someone else. One time it wasn’t even busy. There are always nothing but kids working here. I think they should have at least one adult to help keep things in order. The workers get on there phones and dropped a pizza.

This place was CRAZY busy with a Karen in the building. TJ and the crew were AWESOME. There were online orders printing and a huge line and everyone kept their cool. Thank you guys for showing up to work and making great food. I hope you know how AMAZING you guys are!

Employees pleasant and helpful! My rolls so burnt u would of broken ur tooth and pizza usually great but on this visit bottom crust very well done

Pizza arrived cold and hard, one of the pizzas they completely forgot to put cheese, just pepperoni and sauce and greasy mess, the pookie pie was completely burnt. Just careless and bad food quality

Look out. This is the second time in a month we've shown up to pickup an online order and they're like, "oh gosh, we couldn't make it we're out of basic pizza ingredients! " So BEWARE ordering online. They won't call you, they'll just wait until it's time to pick it up having made nothing. This location has really gone downhill since we started ordering, very unreliable, we'll probably not order again unless it's a walk-in.

Girl at the front left the register and I didn’t get rung up til I got my pizza. The manager does all the work and he needs better staff. Good luck with this place.

Horrible experience. So unorganized. I waited for my pizza and was told that there wasn't one ordered for me when I asked about it, when I clearly ordered and paid in the store. Finally got it, but it was labeled with the wrong name. I tried something new, but I won't make this mistake again.
