Firehouse Subs Prescott Valley

Pulled up and an employee was standing right outside the entrance smoking… Saw us walking up and walked through the door still smoking (trying to finish before we walked in to order). We turned around and left.

If you’re gonna smoke, do it in the appropriate spot.

Worst experience ever. Not just for a firehouse. For any establishment. First, they couldn’t grant the deal for half off a cold sun when you buy a hot, because they didn’t get that specific bread. Yet you could make it with another bread. Not too hard. Staff was not very friendly. It took at least 20 min to get two subs! So slow and not very busy. And then when they hand me the paper bag with subs inside; the bag has all kinds of sauces on it from the workers messy gloves. I looked at the guy and he just said sorry. Like no changing of gloves and fresh bag. So I had to go get napkins to wipe the bag off for carry out. Like seriously? Change your gloves more frequently and clean your hands off. Terrible customer service: food was sub par. Chicken bacon ranch also didn’t have bacon on it. Absolutely aweful. Don’t go here.

In a word "Delicious " The staff was awesome too. Very Welcoming and cheerful. The staff seemed to flow like a seamless engine. Great experience

I made a mistake in my ordering, But it turned out better than what I ordered, so kudos to Firehouse Subs great food

This location, the food was amazing! I live in Anthem and normally eat at the Firehouse Subs here, which is good, but then went up north and ate at this location and, wow. I Don't know what they do differently, but it was sooo good. And the customer service was great. Bathroom was clean. Great job guys.

Good food! Pretty good service for a bunch of teens without much supervision! Could clean up a bit more as there is usually only a few clean tables

Just fantastic sandwiches IMO. Far above typical sandwich restaurant. Ozzie who was at the front provided excellent service as well.

Shame on you Firehouse Subs in PV for giving checks to employees that bounce! My son is a teenager and a hardworker saving for a motorcycle. This is his first job and you gave him a bad impression of an employer!

Usually pretty good service and subs are good. But few times back a couple of the staff were making out. Then last 2 of 3 times they forgot to include the pickle on the side. Probably will go back but going to make them open the bag and check for that pickle, each and every time.

Love this place. Always great service. Amazing sandwiches. I love the fact that they support our firefighters.

The time I went in was waiting behind an entire baseball team. So it took a hot minute before we could even order. Friendly staff tho.

Love the idea first time there was disappointed in the pastrami. Not much meat for 15.00. Husband had turkey bacon ranch his was bigger and better! Also took 25 minutes to get order after ordering on the phone and told would take 10”.

Twice did I not get what I ordered. Young Man whispering loudly enough for me to hear that I griped the time before bc they didn't make my food as I ordered it. I couldn't take it back bc I was on my way to work.
