Firehouse Subs Tatum Park Place reviews
20I simply wanted to pick up my order. After waiting at the counter for 10 minutes trying to get someone’s attention, I was ignored and smirked at. The employees were having their own conversation and since I was such an inconvenience for them I was treated so rudely. So rudely to the point I walked out. Never again
Love their food but the staff is too busy talking and took 25 minutes to make 3 sandwiches. If I wanted to know about the staffs personal lives and business I would have asked but no I was subject to info that was none of my business. Let alone having to hear inappropriate conversations.
Visited this firehouse in person thinking I would get my sandwhich done correctly. No I asked for extra pickles and got just one smaller thann my pinky finger. I asked for extra barbecue sauce and its as if they put nothing in it I am beyond upset with my experience as I went during my lunch hour just to be disappointed and so angry I trashed the sandwhich! Will not return to this location! Wish I could get my money back!
The rudest customer service I have encountered. No one there wanted their jobs. Inappropriate language with kids around, not answering or acknowledging customers as they are waiting at the counter. Hopefully they hire some people quick.
My girlfriend and I came in to share a free small sub w.purchase. We cut the baby in half and my girlfriend scarfed her half down. Towards the end of me finishing mine, a employee girl, definitely team lead of the night asked my girlfriend if she's eaten at all, because of course it looked like I was the only one eating. She told her we both shared the small sub and so kindly asked if she wanted one, a large. Literally this being the first thing we'vd eaten all day, being homeless we arnt gonna turn down humankindness at its finest.
Thank you to the piquito boss lady
Of all the sandwich shop that are out there is one of the best especially the meatball sub.one of my favorites.
I went there because I had a coupon for a free sub that came in the T-Mobile app for T-Mobile Tuesday's all you have to do was buy something and you got the sub for free so I bought a bag of chips for $2 I think it was the hook and ladder sub it was turkey and ham I see that they put it in some type of steamer I really didn't care for it I think it took some of the taste away
I ordered 2 beef n cheddar brisket sandwiches picked them up and went home ate them right away. I ate half of my sandwich and he ate his whole sandwich. Shortly after eating the sandwiches (an hour or so) my boyfriend and started to be sick from food poisoning. We will never be back.
Wow! Sandwiches are amazing here and they have an exclusive Firehouse cherry limeade that's amazing!
I had some business around the area and decided to come here for a quick brunch. The subs were delicious and the staff was nice and kind.
If there were 0 starts that's what I would give! Very disappointed. I ordered $450.00 in food for my staff and it was almost an hour late. We needed this food to be on time because we had a training scheduled. Our staff did not have enough time to eat. If I were the manager, I would make sure this food was ready to go and out the door and on time! Absolutely extremely disappointed. Will use Jimmy Johns or some other sandwich company next time. So sad I even have to give one star.
NY steamer was melted cheese salted meat deliciousness! The wheat bread was sweet like a graham cracker A little pricey.paid $30 for two large sandwiches.
Food poisoning from an Italian Sub with double meat.
Within 2 hours of eating at this location I got extremely sick with a fever and full body chills. The next morning at 6am I woke up vomiting what was left of the sub and had SEVERE diarrhea!
I called the restaurant to let them know I got food poisoning and they tried saying that I could’ve gotten food poisoning from anything I ate that day, that their meat is cooked, “it doesn’t go in the danger zone. ”
I’ll never eat at this location again.
Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, extreme Diarrhea, Fever, Chills
I have been to too many Firehouses in the last few years and non of them as slow as this one. There is only four customers here and we are all being waiting for 15 minutes so far and non of us seems to get our order any soon lol
I started my journey in search of a quick and scrumptious treat at the world renowned Firehouse Subs on Tatum and Greenway.little to my knowledge would I face such hardship. Here's the thing I missed while I waited for the lady to start making my sandwich (I was the only customer) (shocker) : my grandma's funeral, my other grandmas funeral, my brother wedding, shark week, my brothers divorce, another shark week, and the births of my first, second, and third children (wife got impatient). I'm still here.
I have given this place way more chances than I should have since it's conveniently located. They move at a snails pace in here. You spend your entire lunch break waiting on food. Even if ordered online it takes forever. The incompetence is unmatched. The short haired woman who I assume owns the place, is rude and should look into hiring people who move faster. Won't be coming back.
Food was tasty but pricey. Employee conversations could have been kept quiet, we heard WAY too much about gal choking to the point of gagging (not great to eat listening to her). Also a female employee wore her apron into the bathroom. A BIG NO NO in the food industry. Our gift card is empty, probably back to Subway near our home for us.
Firehouse subs are good. Especially if you have a deal.
Don't forget to download the app to get points towards a free sub.
Got the Italian sub. It was good
The manager Veronica gives me such great customer service and hospitality every time I come and order for me and my grandfather. I love this location because of her she's definitely one off the best employees/ managers. I won't go to any other location besides this one because of her thank you so much for the great service Veronica!
This is a great Firehouse location. The staff are always friendly, the dining area is clean, and the subs are delicious.
