Firestone Complete Auto Care, Tucson AZ

I have been going to this Firestone since college back in the 90s (Fletcher's back then). They have improved significantly! I worked with Devonte last year before a trip to Oregon, and he was honest and never once tried to oversell me anything while inspecting the vehicle to make certain all is well for my trip. It's not in his nature. Today, I had an even better experience, and Devonte assited me with my vehicle which had myriad issues in order to identify the priorities. This Firestone is the place to go for honest work, and you needn't worry about being sold something you do not need. Kudos to Dee and the manager David!

My young adult deaf son moved from Ar to AZ. I sent him to this location and David has taken excellent care of us. We have really been a pain customer but David & the the crew has been so patient & helpful with new tires, alignment & found a repair that we didn’t know about. Got my baby back on the road so I’m so grateful!

The place I usually take my vehicle to receive an oil change was closed, and I desperately needed one before my long trip, so I was extremely happy to see that Firestone was open. I did not have an appointment, but Andrew said he could work my car in, and it would be about an hour and a half wait, which I was more than willing to do. The waiting area was clean with some good instrumental music playing in the background and lots of magazines. About 20 mins later, I was advised an appointment did not show, so they could get me in earlier, and I was on the road in another 25 minutes. I greatly appreciated the kindness, speed, efficiency and professionalism of the staff. The reason for the four stars is because the cost was significantly more than what I usually pay, but other than that, I would recommend.

They are open Saturdays and Sundays which the main line stores are all closed so if you have an emergency I need a tire use of the guys to go to.

Bad reception! Stood for couple minutes and not even a single acknowledgement of arrival! Very uninviting store! Look for other choices nearby!

Maybe don't use this place! I took a vehicle in for a pre purchase inspection and they recommended a few things, I took it back to dealership to address those issues they agreed to fix. Great! The mechanic called me to come look at the 3 items they say I needed fix were perfectly fine! He made it a point to show because he didn't want to be accused of lying.he thinks they didn't even look at the vehicle that they only recommend things based on mileage. He also showed me himself the noise the ac was making was caused by the blower motor! Firestone did not mention the ac! Yeah have your ride checked out else where

3 hours for an oil change, tire rotation, and alignment. Did not set the alignment correct the first time had to bring the vehicle back in. With an 8 am appointment.

Went on for an oil change with my rental car. Came home with a car that smoked and leaked fluids all over my garage. Apparently some part came loose and was leaking oil all over the engine. They fixed it but now the car shakes when idling.

Stellar service by David and the Firestone crew! I pulled into Firestone because my Jeep's coolant temperature warning light came on and liquid was spewing from underneath the vehicle. I was panicked and it was late in the day when I arrived, but David reassured me that my Jeep would be safe in the garage overnight until he had the opportunity to look at it in the morning. He promptly called me the next morning to let me know the diagnosis and cost of repair. He and his team repaired the vehicle and I drove away that very same day. Professional, transparent, and personable! Thank you, David!

This store is worthless. I dropped off my car at my scheduled time (9: 00AM) for a tire repair. I didn't get to leave until 2: 30PM! Also they don't give any accurate information, and extremely rude. Safe to say i wont be coming back here. Recommend ANY other place

Had a great experience at my 3pm appointment. I told Devonte at the front desk about what was the issue. I was about to hand him the key when he said “hold on let me check your car first to see if this might be a quick easy fix. ” Sure enough it was, he fixed it quick right there in the parking lot. They could of gouged me with an expensive garage visit, but instead he sent me on my way, I thanked him profusely.
That’s how you get customers to comeback, when you know you will have garage that will deal with you honestly. They’ll have all my business in the future. Oh and they got a keeper in Devonte, that’s who you want to be the face of your business! Thanks Devonte!

I waited in the lobby for front desk rep, while someone was on the office watching for at least 10 minutes. I asked was anyone working the front desk and he stated someone will be in momentarily. Later someone opened there for from the mechanics area and immediately closed the door. Shortly after that the person sitting on the office came out to address a two second question. Horrible customer service! Beware! Insane wait period for one question.

Today is the 2nd time in a row this location has completely dropped the ball. I schedule all my appointments online on THEIR WEBSITE. Today marks the second time they have confirmed my appoint and sent me a email confirming it. When arriving at the location they magically don't have my appointment in their system. The first time was a alignment and oil chance, this time a oil change, inspection, and other repairs that are time sensitive. I arrived at my appointment time to tell me they don't gave a appointment for me and I'll need to come back another day or go find another shop.

Do not go to this location if you care about your time.

Their work is good when they can work on your car, but I can't spend the money on their services if they cancel my appointments.

After oil change I was leaking oil all over my driveway. Took it back and discovered they never tighten oil filter. Not impressed

Friendly. They accept Corporate warranties. Then they said they couldn't alignment my car because it needs over$3,000 undercarriage work!
Called Mesa because they did all the undercarriage work; said what they did would be covered anyway.
Then went in to Firestone on Tangerine; it was only $167 and they aligned my car.
Also, I've been looking for a long time for a motor for under driver's seat so they could fix air-conditioning they had repaired. Well, got new battery and seat works now so they said they'd fix air-conditioning. They are still Closed and never called to change Appointment.
Very Poor Service.
Don't go to Firestone on N. Oracle Rd.

I went down there without an appointment with a dieing battery, within the hour they put a new one in, fantastic service

They went out of their way at the end of the day to get tires for my truck from another location so I could get out on the same day. Definitely prioritize the customer and they were so kind! Very thorough, they worked on my company’s vehicle and I will be coming to them with my personal vehicle next!

I was able to get in for an oil change on very short notice which I greatly appreciated. Not only that, b it David and his staff went above and beyond in helping me care for my vehicle. If you want stellar customer service go here! I will gladly be a repeat customer.

I just went here today for an oil change. The man who helped me was AMAZING, i wish i could remember his name.he stayed after close a bit for me to make sure my car was done and was also super friendly.firestone also has the BEST prices by far. 10/10 would recommend this location.definitely the best oil change experience i've ever had.
