Firestone Complete Auto Care, Surprise AZ

Everytime I spoke with them and purchased a service, it has always been at a great price, great speed, greasy customer service, and I left with confidence that my car was properly cared for. But the thing that impressed me the most, was my dire situation this morning. I had several instances that needed to be attended to today, and although I could have waited, he managed to squeeze me in and take care of me. My car had a nasty nail that was leaking so much air, and he gave me the relief that I needed so that I could start my new job the next two days. The warranty lasted despite it being purchased two years ago. The tires I purchased from them didn't need to be replaced throughout this time especially since I did multiple long distance drives. So when you want quality care for the important needs of your car and your life, somehow they compensate with professionalism and courtesy and still manage to continue their business. Thank you, Brandt, for doing me this solid.

They tried to tell me my van needed $5400 worth of repair because of the AC repairs, and $3300+ of it was all labor! I got it done elsewhere for less than a thousand! C'mon, man! Cheese and rice!

Gave me complete updates as to what I needed done, very courteous service, and a discount. Very happy with them, and would recommend this location.

The worst customer experience I've ever had! Ken at the counter, not the managing partner Ken but the guy that sounds like he is from New Jersey, was the most disrespectful person I've ever met. He even made fun of me about upsetting my 78 year old mom on tires. He cut me off when I was asking him about charges, he told me the customer is not right and that he is right among alot of other derogatory things. I will make sure to tell all my friends and family not to ever use this business.

The manager tried telling me that the 2 year old tires that were cracked down to the metal not defective. I dhowed him the documentation with my warrentt info. He decided to argue with me. I'll never go back to Firestone again. Discount Tire I'm my opinion is possibly the best company in the world.

Firestone was just great. Needed a battery and my problem was handled almost immediately. Think had a 3/4 min.wait then they got started. Couldn't ask for anymore from them.

Ken and his team are awesome! If I had any issues with both of my vehicles he addressed them to me, even during the original work if they found other issues with anything he brought it to my attention without any pressure to do them now.always gives me options whats best without hurting my pocket. I will continue to bring my vehicles to ken and the team. Thank you guys for your expertise and understanding.

What awesome customer service! Had a blow out on the side of the road and I happen to be by a Firestone. I didn’t have the funds to get a new tire and I left my jack at home so I couldn’t swap out to the spare. Luckily Firestone told me come on by and they would take care of me. They got my spare tire put on for me and got me back on the road free of charge. Can’t thank Kenneth and his team enough for their act of kindness. Highly recommended! YOU GUYS ROCK!

Ken and the other employees here are honest, kind, and overall amazing! I was ripped off by a terrible shop in ann emergency situation and came here with very few options. These guys went above and beyond in every way possible. They were accommodating for my schedule and changes, budget, and car problems. 100% recommend!

I don’t have complaints about their work. My first experience I made an appt online for tire rotation and balancing. When I arrived he told me it would be 4 hrs because they were busy. When I showed him my confirmation email with my appt time. He said that is done by a computer and they don’t know our schedule or staffing? They need to fix that problem, as it’s clear the appt time means nothing.

So this time I scheduled by calling the store direct. When I arrived for my 8 am appt there was a slew of cars there and I only saw 2 employees. When I commented about it he said “ you got that right”. So they had obviously over scheduled. Then he told me my appt was at 11. When I made an appt I specifically asked for early morning as I had something in the afternoon. I immediately put the time on my calendar. Obviously some had changed it.

I have not had problems with other Firestone locationd… so their is obviously a problem with this store

Don’t use them if your time is important to you.

Excellent service today! My car is driving great! They are very thorough and caught a couple issues the previous shop I went to just a couple weeks ago missed!
6/28 The guys went above and beyond to fix my car yesterday! The ac recharge machine was down so they drove my car to another shop to get it done! My 9 year old was really happy to have ac again!

So o took my car to brakes plus and found out firestone put the brake pads on backwards. So the metal pay of the pads were touching the rotor. They still refused to make it right and I had to pay close to $500 because firestone refuses to make things right. Use this store at own risk. Can't imagine what else they do to people. I'm thinking of suing them.

This firestone is a joke. They resurfaced my rotor and it was making a loud sound even before I left their parking lot. I went right back to them and let them know. They refused to do anything about saying it is normal. I have had my rotors resurfaced before without this sound Other mechanics said they probably messed up while resurfacing and I should get it replaced, After multiple attempts to contact them they have ignored me. Supposedly the area manager is supposed to reach out to me in two days. I am trying to get a refund so I can replace the rotor. I will not visit this shop ever again. They break cars and not fix them. If you had work done here, your vehicle is probably not safe to drive. Go to another mechanic for an inspection. If they were honest they would offer a refund for the resurfacing. I am not asking a refund of oil change or brake pad itself. Even though maybe I should with their shady work.

I pulled in right before closing time with an emergency tire situation, and John, the manager, was incredibly helpful and caring for my safety. He and his guys went out of their way to get me back on the road safely.

Does not care if you have an appointment. You won’t get in until they service the expensive jobs they have booked or taken as drop ins that day. Your piddley oil leak inspection doesn’t pay enough to get you any respect. They did that to me two days in a row. Then when I asked for my key back because the disrespect got to me the man “John” at the front desk added rudeness with a crack made as I left. How do they expect to remain in business with that kind of customer service? Don’t go here if your time is important to you, or you like respectful customer service.

The store manager, Kenneth Doerr, is amazing. I brought my van in, I had trouble on the highway locally. He absolutely saved me, I was in a bad spot far away from home. Incredibly accurate diagnosis of a complex issue. Kenneth, thanks for being so helpful!

I was on my way to Las Vegas on a Sunday for a company convention when my car rental got a flat tire. Ken Doerr/Store Manager and his team had me back on the road in less than hour. Very friendly and helpful staff!

I was on my way to watch my son in a band competition on a Saturday evening and had a tire blowout. Desperate to find a tire center that was open, I searched on my phone and found that Firestone Complete Auto Care on Reems and called them. They were getting ready to close, but they told me to come on in and they would help me. They went above and beyond to get me a new tire and change out the other 3. My vehicle is all wheel drive and requires tires to be replaced in a set of 4. Three team members stayed an hour after closing time to install my new tires and get me back on the road to go and watch my son perform. I cannot thank these guys enough. When I did express my appreciation, they just said, “we can’t let you down in an emergency. We are glad to be here to help. ” Cheers for Firestone on Reems!
