I have a 2020 Elantra that has a “maintenance package “ from our dealership. Long story short, after them telling me that they couldn’t see me for 3 weeks, I decided to take matters in my own hands and called Firestone at 67th and Happy Valley. My expectations were not only met, they were exceeded by the amazing staff (apparently they have new management at this store) but after a normal maintenance package, I left there confident that my car was taken car of with care and any additional findings were presented in a learning manner rather than a “I need this service or else” manner, which is comforting as a women. Five stars and then some this this Firestone and the service offered.
In a last minute need for four new tires on a Sunday, Jim Hodge met and exceeded all of my expectations. It is clear this establishment has made a fantastic choice by hiring this very kind and helpful person! First time with Firestone and definitely not the last!
Shop manager Justin went WAY Above any customer service experience that I have ever ever experienced. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.
This place has horrible customer service. Don’t try to make an appointment with them, they will not be ready for you. The manager there is little prick.
The worst business I’ve ever been to. They will do an absolute 180 on the price and claim “it’s industry standard”. Absolute villains that upcharge and try to be the good guy be giving $10 off. DO NOT take your business here
Mark, John and Team were amazing! They went above and beyond to get our towed car in, repaired, and out the door in record time! Made our weekend car hiccup feel like an ice cream sandwich.
