Firestone Complete Auto Care, Surprise AZ

I left and my battery was dead, had to get jumped and drove straight to O’Reilly’s - they said they couldn’t install it and told me to go to Firestone! Got there 15 minutes after they closed but Michael the manager said they would take care of me! That they did - they stayed an hour late and installed my new battery! I actually offered to leave my car and they could do it in the morning BUT he said - “no it’s okay we don’t want to leave you without a car”! NOW THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE - something we greatly lack today! Thank you Firestone you’ve earned my business for life!

These guys are always super nice to me in a really good with letting you know how long your car will take definitely recommend them

They are very friendly here. The manager especially. For some reason though nobody was wearing masks when I came in. When I left and came back they all did.

Even with an appointment the wait is a couple of hours. And no one bothers to inform you with updates.

Most accommodating. Thought I just needed a recharge to air but my compressor needed replacement. I had an appointment to wait because that’s our only car and had no ride. The assistant manger took me home and picked me up many hours later when work was completed. I thank you. As seniors we especially appreciate the thoughtfulness.

My daughter got an oil change from these crooks today. They charged her $60 for an oil change. She said she had a coupon for the $25 oil change but they told her that her Honda required the expensive oil. Not knowing better she paid them for the expensive oil. Typical.see a female walk in and totally screw them over. So much for honesty Firestone.

The managers are good. Only get tires here.
Their "mechanic" screwed up 3 times and caused a leak in my transmission. When it finally was fixed the mechanic did not refill the transmission with fluid. Didn't find out until the transmission slipped real bad. Took it to a transmission guy. $3500 to rebuild. Had to trade in my truck I loved.
Thanks for the $1000 bill you charged me for destroying my truck. Also thanks for the new car payment Firestone.

Several attempts I made at getting ahold of someone over the phone. Each time they answer and say please hold. Then at least ten minutes go by and no one checks in with me or attempts to help me. Very poor phone service and all I have is two simple questions that will take 30 second to a minute to answer.

Stopped in to set up appointment for a wheel alignment and the gentleman was efficient and pleasant. I asked to have my tires checked and had to wait only about 10 minutes.

Very disappointed.after 18 years of being a customer I will never go back to this garage. They did work on my car that it did not need. Charged me $327. I took the car back 3 times and they simply said they could not fix it. Then they charged the wrong Firestone card and now my wife's card is showing delinquency and mine has a credit of 327 dollars. Called corporate office and you are on hold for 45 minutes. Sent an email to the regional/district manager and have asked him to fix.

Had 1: 00 PM Appointment for road force balancing and i was waiting for vehicle 1 hr later they call me and said we took your vehicle in and started to do balancing but machine was bad and we could not finish, i was sitting waiting there and looked at my vehicle for a hour and they did not move it from parking lot this guys are just full of BS dont waste your time here.

Went in to replace a 14 dodge dart battery and was quoted $350! Even after calling other nearby shops and being quoted $150 with installation multiple times, the sales guy at firestone still didn’t say they had a cheaper alternative until I was literally jumping my gf’s car in their parking lot. Will never go back- don’t fall for these guys’ up sells! Only after your $$$

My Tacoma in for alignment after installing lift kit. In and out less than hour. Life time alignment package on sale. Great deal great service.

Very good as usual. Always honest with fair pricing. The only shop that's open on Sundays also, which I've needed twice. Keep up the good work guys!
