I've been using this taxi service for a long time and Grant is my favorite driver. He's very good with getting to know about you and making sure you're comfortable

My husband and I flew in to Prescott to visit some friends for the weekend and was recommended a taxi service through the airport. FIRSTCLASS TAXI was an incredible service. The best I have received in quite some time. Karen was such a sweet lady very professional and was my driver around town for my stay. Never have been to Prescott, she recommended several restaurants to visit as well. They were so honest when my husband's wallet was left in the back seat. It was returned immediately. Will definitely recommend FIRSTCLASS TAXI to anyone and will be my first choice always.

I was on vacation from California to visit some friends, we knew that we were going to need taxi service. We used First Class Taxi, very satisfying company. We used them at all hours, prompt pickup, friendly drivers, very experienced and cost was perfect especially when your on vacation! Definitely would use their service again as will our friends that live there.

When i call first class taxi im making sure i get john as my driver he took me to the shuttle in a very safe but direct manner! I wont use your service without him as my next driver! Great job first class taxi

If you want to b late this is the place to call 5 min then 2 min over n hour don't ever call em.

So I called them because they were one of the few taxi services open at night and I was craving Mexican food 10 minutes after I called I decided to cancel and I called back informing them I did not want their services. The fn manager verbally threatened me and called me a POS. I will never ever call this fn place again and hope the Manager learns some manners.

They said 15 minutes 45 minutes ago. I usually use this company because a few of the drivers are exceptional, but this experience has led me to different taxi companies. Having told them I had work in an hour they assured me a ride would be here promptly, only to have me waiting outside like a doofus for 45 minutes

Guy was nice:) gave me a discount for having to go to work (great way to start the morning). Will be using you guys instead of first class taxi.

Terrible driver, very unfriendly and I waited to long for my ride and paid to much for the short distance I was going. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!

I wish it was possible to leave 0 stars. I called at 9: 33 am asking for a cab. The girl on the phone was not rude, but not nice and didn't ask for any information from me. She told me it would be 15 minutes. At around 9: 40, I headed outside so I could keep an eye out. By 9: 58 (25 minutes later) no cab had arrived, so I called.

Me: "Hi, I'm at the [blank] hotel and I called for a cab almost 30 minutes ago and was told it would be here in 15. Will it be here soon? "

Girl (same one I spoke to initially) : "Well, it hasn't even been 30 minutes yet, and you're number 2 on the list. "

Me: "Okay, I will just cancel my cab then. " *hang up*

First class taxi picked me up on time and the cab was very emaculate and driver was professionally dressed and clean cut. I felt very comfortable in the Prius and my driver was very knowledgeable of the area.

Best on-time cab service in the tri-city area. Driver was very sociable and personable. The taxi rate was very reasonable.
