Do not use them. Especially Heltzel. When I bought they told me I would hit water at 300 ft. $17,000 later and a 450 ft dry hole no water. You can't grow anything without a lot of ammendments. They misrepresented a lot of things. DO NOT buy from them.

Do not buy in Woodland valley ranch.the POA has a bunch of power hunrgy californians on the board which was stacked by first united reality. FUR maintains a six vote parcel, compared to the land owners who only have 3 votes per parcel.this means that FUR will also have the power to place only the people they want on the board and hide all election results.they have already sent out threatening letters to owners, that do not follow their rules that none of us voted for.they also are trying to pressure the elected officals in apache country to enforce their POA un -voted rules.be careful for wanting to live off the grid up here, it will not be off grid.they have already forced septic system and no rv's rules.the poa is money hungry and want the property's to gain more worth to get higher
selling price.just fyi before u buy!
