First Watch, Tucson AZ

I went for breakfast with a friend. We had the Avocado toast and biscuits and gravy. It was superb. I keep thinking about it so I will return. Quiet place to have some breakfast.

We regularly visit this restaurant for breakfast. There is a nice balance here between quality ingredients, imaginative menus, and value for the money spent. The staff that works there is friendly, patient, and work very hard to keep the customers happy.

Case in point, we were sitting behind a couple who were just giving the server a miserable time. One of the parties ordered a dish with so many changes (Chicken pesto - hold the pesto, etc.) that if I was the server, I would have asked them to leave. However, she was friendly and professional throughout the entire exchange with these patrons. She definitely earned a gold star that day.

Just an easy, open space to navigate a delicious brunch with family while trying the best grits in Tucson! And that was wrapped up in some of the nicest wait staff I've met in Tucson.

Farm fresh is the best way to describe First watch. There are classic meal options including eggs, pancakes, waffles, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, and yogurt. They also offer some meal choices that incorporate local flavors with a modern twist like a birria quesadilla Benedict. They also have a lovely offering of fresh squeezed juices. This is a great place to get a great meal at a fair price.

That kale drink is awesome, really. I thought it was going to taste like San Augustine grass but no! The pancakes and 100% maple syrup with a large glass of milk was indescribable.

Booth that we sat on was dirty and the cover was torn
Food was not as good as we were anticipating
Soup of the day was chicken chili which was watery and without flavor
My friend had the so-called traditional eggs Benedict but there was nothing traditional about it no English muffin it's served on a roll no Canadian bacon it's just deli ham and hash brown potatoes were bland and oily
Don't think we'll be returning

Always my favorite breakfast place. We live in Florida & go often and happy to find you in Tucson today. Whole grain pancakes Always my favorite!

Great food. Everything looked delicious. I had the spring time special. Crabcake Benedict. Service was good and friendly, just a little slow.

First time I have ever been here and I was impressed. Service was great and the staff were quite friendly.

Prices on their fresh pressed juice is a tad bit high, but we live in a time of inflation, so keep that in mind.

The Million Dollar Bacon. I was not only shocked, but for being as crispy as it was and considering I am not a fan of crispy bacon, my mouth was in love.

The staff were helpful and knowledgeable, while also allowing me to relax for a while without bothering me. The food was excellent, and the drinks (while IMO overpriced) were still wonderful.

I'm rating 5 stars because the service was great, the place was clean, and the food was delicious.

12 of us went there today. 8.people thought it was fabulous the others thought it was marvelous I had a whole grain pancakes I think they were called blueberry pancakes and they were the best pancakes I've ever had. Bathrooms were, exceptionally clean, a lot of things on the menu to choose from. I think by far this is probably going to be my favorite breakfast and lunch restaurant

Place was disappointing, i’ve never had a bad experience at first watch. We got sat pretty quickly and our server was great. All my friends got their meal and I never did, by the time they wanted to give it to me we were leaving and I wasnt hungry anymore. I’m just going to keep going back to the first watch on spectrum since they’ve never disappointed.

We ate breakfast here twice while in Tucson. It was very clean with a menu that was very gluten friendly. My wife who is gluten sensitive was able to get gluten free toast at no extra cost which was very refreshing since we know from experience it is more expensive to buy. We had the works omelet with potatoes. While I normally prefer hash browns these were the best fried breakfast potatoes I remember ever having. Very tasty, not greasy and the onions were sweet a great combination. While my wife and I tend to favor family run hole in the wall places this chain was a real treat.

Surprisingly good. They have both simple and also complex items. The atmosphere is cheerful with the staff super helpful and friendly. Definitely worth making part of a more regular experience!

Very good service and food! Always hot and fresh! Eggs are real; not the fake liquid ones served at other restaurants, where you have to be sure to request real eggs!

A shout out to Rinaldo that served my sister and I Farmhouse skillets yesterday. Not only was the food delicious, but Rinaldo was attentive and just wonderful as our server. Would recommend this establishment to everyone. Just a great experience.
