Bill came out to assist with an emergency heater issue at our house - he made sure everything was working well and checked everything. He was kind and respectful and on time. Thank you, Bill.

We did our orientation today with Vanessa. She was very helpful knowledgeable. Help make us feel comfortable for our move in.

We usually get Montrel for our repairs, always very friendly, quick with his repairs, never leaves a mess. Highly recommend asking for him.

Tracy was professional and kept me updated with the service. I received a call the day before and the day of when he was close by. My maintenance issues were taken care of.

Bill was an excellent technician! And appreciate all his efforts and successes with my issue with the fridge!

Tracy showed up at the exact time promised and fixed our garage door quickly and with a great Attitude

Top 3 worst company I have ever experienced and I've been in property management for 20years. Huge mistake to rent here. Home was dirty with hair everywhere, walls have unpainted mud everywhere, screw holes everywhere, dirty hands prints everywhere, tanks nuts missing, hair coming out of drains, patio lights don't work, yard is mud.

Communication is horrible, we were assured everything would be ready 12/31/23. Then leasing disappeared, and I had to stay in a hotel for a week. FirstKey acted like it never happened. We have records of everything.

Told leasing staff, no one cared or did anything, oh and we're a new move in from out of state. Home obviously wasn't turned or cared for. You pay for "A" but get "C" quality.

Montrel did a fantastic job with fixing a few things. He was polite and knowledgeable about the few things he needed to fix. He even said explained to me what he was doing so I knew he knew what he was doing.

Montrel came thru fix my garbage disposal and garage door is sending someone else to fix it. Was very professional and respectful! Thank him for his work!

We called FirstKey, about backed plumbing. Tracy called the house and said he would be there with in 15 minutes, he got here in 10. I showed him what was wrong, he knew what he had to do.
He work hard at it, until it was done. He did a very good job.
So I have gave Tracy 5 stars.

Avoid this company at all costs. My wife and I were set to move to AZ from TX. Two days before our move, my wife was admitted to the hospital and required an emergency c section. Due to this, I contact the company before our lease was even supposed to start and explained the disasterous circumstances. This company required us to pay a hefty fee to break our lease even though it had not started. My wife and daughter were in the hospital both fighting for their lives. Our daughter was born over 2 months early and required an extended NICU stay. Obviously we were not able to move. Now we are out all the money we had to pay this company along with the mounting hospital bills. Rent with any other company you can find or find a homeowner that has empathy and is not just looking to make as much of a profit as possible.

Montrel was very fast I came in and git right to the business he was very helpful and professional he fix want needed to be fix Thank you Montrel!

Brian was awesome very knowledgeable gentleman. Very nice guy you will definitely ask for Brian again to come and assist anything I have to do in my house very nice guy and very intelligent
