Fit Body Boot Camp, Cave Creek AZ

Today was my first day! Although It was a shock to my body, it's 100% what I need for my success! Appreciate the encouragement from the other participants along with Coach Ryan's support! Thank you for providing a safe place for those who need a little extra TLC, there was no judgment only support! I'm looking forward to my transformation!

Finally found a gym where I am excited to go in the morning! The people have all been so incredibly nice and encouraging. The instructors are so good to work at everyone's individual level and they use ever bit of the time. Special Thanks to Dontay for pushing me and making sure I do the exercises properly!

I have been working with Ken for the couple of months, and my experience has been the best. He is an amazing coach and great support system. We have been working on our nutrition, fitness and accountability. I will definitely recommend!

Don't ever call this place. I called once several years ago, and they will not stop texting me after repeated requests for them to stop! They even text from different numbers. Response: Per my post, I have asked for them to stop multiple times both by phone and still get them. You have my first name and last initial. I have wasted enough time trying to fix this. Love this place! Very friendly atmosphere, true fitness pros and caring attitude. Whet else could you ask for? If you want to improve your life and turn it into a healthy lifestyle, this place is definitely for you.

I love, love going to Fit Body Boot Camp (FBBC) in Cave Creek - it has changed my life! I was frustrated going to the gym, trying to figure out what exercises to do and when, how long, etc. I decided to try FBBC and not only did they give me a structured, motivating workout, it also gave me people who have similar goals and needs. This helps get me to regularly attend the boot camp classes by knowing the class is so great with people you enjoy working out with.

I love that I go get my workout done in 30-45 minutes, I have great coaches who guide me through each workout and push me to give it my all and train harder (my goal is to build muscle and the coaches know this). They wouldn’t push met to do anything outside my comfort level. I love this place and the friends I have made…I highly recommend giving them a try, I was hesitant at first because i despise workout classes, but this is so different, it’s a cross between lifting weights/HIIT/fitness class, it takes the best of these and combines into one. I have been going there for a little over a year and continue to see results.

The trainers are amazing and supportive! The other members are like a whole new family! I've only had 2 sessions so far and I am HOOKED! I can't say enough wonderful things about Ken and his crew!

Pretty good. The other members are great and so are the coaches. Variety of times that can work with a lot of schedules too. People of all levels are there so it's a welcoming place. It's probably not for you if:
1. You do some traveling for work. You still get charged for weeks you are gone and no remote resources are offered. Over the course of a year that can add up to months of paying for nothing
2. You want dialed in nutrition for something specific. They do offer good general nutrition advice that will work for a lot of people. However, if you have a disorder or specific needs you won't find the level of knowledge to help with that.
