Fix Auto Glendale

Absolutely fantastic group, they kept in touch with me every step of the way and every single person I spoke with was ultra kind and helpful. If a part was going to arrive delayed or slowly they updated me immediately and gave me the reasons why, when parts came in they updated me to let me know how every step went, it was great. I cannot suggest these guys enough for auto body work.

These guys are good! I had excellent customer service. Staff was friendly and courteous. They estimated my body work repair on my Highlander would be done by 10-06. They set me up to receive text message updates on the status of my car. I soon received a text telling me the date was now estimated to be 10-3. Friday, I received a call that my Highlander was done! I was shocked. So right after work I took my rental car back and was given a ride to Fix to pick up my car. I was immediately greeted, paid my deductible, taken out to car for approval and then got my key. The paint job was immaculate. For my vehicle, that's a miracle due to the Toyota exclusive color for that year Highlander. I won't be going back to my previous body shop should, God forbid, I need more work on my car. They were telling me it was going to be 2-3 weeks just to get a quote! Fix is the best!

Everyone is courteous and friendly, they keep you updated on the progress of your vehicle, I would use them again
