Quality work for a minor repair. Very accomodating to my schedule, and also a preferred shop of the insurance company. Repair is recent so will have to see how things hold up, but so far would definitely use again.

I had a great experience. It was so easy and everything came out great and on time. There were no surprises. Meeting Ruby the shop pup was a bonus.

Colin was great. They re painted my daughters hood and front bumper and did a great job. They competed the work on time and the cost was very reasonable for the professional work they did. They even did a touch up for us when we found a small section of paint that did not apply to the plastic. THEY MADE IT RIGHT, and we appreciate them and would refer them to all.

Shop made me reschedule my appointment, then when I showed up at my new appointment, I was told by the owner himself I dont have an appointment, never did, and id have to wait another month because he was leaving on vacation in 5 minutes. He told me to go to a different shop. Gladly.

My husband and I both had our cars repaired here! Collin and his team (and Ruby) are great. Will definitely come back if I need any more collision or damage repairs.

Had an excellent experience with this company. Had to have my passenger mirror replaced. Had gotten a few estaimates that were much higher than the price quoted at Fix It. Colin was very helpful in getting a new mirror ordered quickly. He made sure that the part that needed painted was done before the mirror was installed. The part arrived much earlier than expected and the work to install the new mirror took about 45 minutes. Would highly recommend this company. It truly was a wonderful experience.

10 years ago this owner/place ruined a expensive car of mine. Insurance company said the work was not acceptable and they were having them pay me for the car. Flash forward to now and car was recently hit and insurance sent me to this place. Not knowing it was the same owners (they changed their name) the owner greeted me by saying he lost $35K and won’t work on my car. Hey bud…. Wasn’t my fault that insurance said your work wasn’t good 10 years ago and you had to lose money. What a horrible person this owner is and hope people don’t go here.

I called to get an estimate to repair some damage to our rear bumper. Depending on the estimate price I intended to either file a claim or pay out of pocket and get the repairs done. I did get a recommendation for this shop from State Farm.

Upon arrival at my prescribed time, the receptionist at the desk at 1pm on 7/20/22 couldn't find my appointment, didn't have details, and asked where my insurance claim was. I said I didn't have one as I was deciding on how to handle the repair. She said it's required and 'you have either two options: fill out a claim, or leave', I asked who her manager was and she referred me to Colin Johnson and said 'but he will say the same thing'.

Look, I don't mind if this shop only wants to deal with insurance claims, but all I wanted was to get my car fixed. Common courtesy and professionalism suggests they say so before taking an appointment. I want that hour of my time back.

And by the way, I went to the next shop on the recommended list, got the estimate same day, and scheduled the repair. Fix Auto lost a client for life.

The customer service here is absolutely HORRIBLE. My husband and I chose this shop to repair our car after an accident. From the beginning, I asked them to contact my husband instead of me, since he is the owner of the vehicle. Not only did they continue to contact only me, but the communication we received on our vehicle’s progress was almost non-existent. The only time I got an update was when I called for one. Every time I called, I received blatant attitude from them telling me they already reached out, when they didn’t. They told me my husband would get text updates and we did not, up until the last two days it was in the shop, because I called them and asked why there were no updates. And of course, they came to me, after asking them to go to my husband for the fourth time. They gave us a pickup date, but on that day, I never received a call. So naturally, I called them, and the man who answered the phone COMPLETELY CUT ME OFF when I was three words into asking when our vehicle would be ready. It was the rudest encounter I have ever experienced. The only reason I’m giving this review two stars is because the work on our car seems fine. That is, if you can overlook the fact that they returned our car with a dead battery and 3 miles to empty on gas. DO NOT service your car here, if you know what’s good for you.

The BEST! My mom and I have had to use them several times and have been consistently happy. I appreciate Colin and his crew. So kind and incredible.

Working with fix auto made dealing with a car accident alot less stressful. The work was great, their communication on the status of the repairs was great, as well as also providing me with insight and options on repair work. I would say Fix auto is not your average auto body shop and I had a great experience.

Fix Auto Body did an outstanding job on my Carrera rear bumper repair and paint work. Quality of any body shop shows first and foremost in paint work and theirs reflects the rest of the operation, top notch. Nice touch was a daily text message with status updates and estimated completion date and time. Colin was great to work with from handling the insurance details to going over repairs. Satisfaction exceeded my expectations, personally that’s exactly the kind of place I want to do business with.

I would highly recommend. Kept us updated and finished ahead of schedule. Very happy with the repair.

Excellent body shop repair! Took only a few minutes to get estimate. They worked directly with my insurance company. Had my car completed before I expected it to be done. Our 2013 car looks brand new. Definitely recommend this place.

Collin kept in constant communication with us during the repair of our Tesla. Very professional and they did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Fix auto!

Work was good but drove gas out of my car then lied about it said that they took it for 3 mile ride and told me I probably forgot what it was at when 5 days prior my milage was at 156,447 and my job is on 3.5 miles from my house I use 35 miles from home to work but when I picked my car up it was at 156,617 so claiming you only went 3 miles and I dropped my car off on the 2nd just doesn't make since I also went there with 130miles of gas got it back at 83miles.

Fix auto North Scottsdale repaired my car and it looks just like new! There was quite a bit of damage done to my car after someone smashed into me after running a stop sign. Every time I called to check on the car, not only was Colin friendly and knowledgeable, but he was very professional as well. He always took plenty of time to answer any questions that I had, and he definitely knows this business inside now out! Don’t hesitate to bring your car to fix auto North Scottsdale for any repair you might need.

This is the 2nd time I have gone to Fix the first time, the car was in an accident but the car was totaled but this time I went and they went right to work when picking up the car, Colin, whom I believe is a manager was very professional and helpful, they even had helped fix something that was not part of my repair and welcomed return visits if needed. I am very happy with this place. The extra things he helped with were not part of the accident but helped to correct as best as possible with no charges
