Flags Galore & More, Prescott AZ

Yesterday. I went to "Flags Galore" -as I have several times before
The only sales person was this young lady.
I just wanted two items: A wind sock and a Solar light for our flag.
I cannot rave enough about this attractive lady. She knew ALL the items in-store, how they worked, and the prices of each.
I bet every merchant wants a pretty lady like this that "Knows her stuff"

Great selection of flags and poles. They also have garden flags and stickers. Great local business.

I had one experience in this store about a year ago. I was not impressed with customer service. The lady I dealt with (I believe the owner) was extremely rude and especially to my child. Then today my dad and my oldest had an even worse experience. The same lady was extremely rude after my dad getting a call that his flag is ready and she was very rude about him not paying for it before ordering it, however he was told they would order it and he would pay for it at pick up (from another lady). When he went to explain what he was told he was told “wait let me finish” in a rude manner. I like the quality of the flag but I would not recommend them due to customer service. I love shopping locally but not at this expense. I will order my flags elsewhere.

Cute shop, the Lady behind the counter was friendly and happy to help you. I'll be back, I need to pick me up an Arizona Flag.

Wonderful locally owned business with very reasonable prices. Very helpful and friendly staff! Go here instead of the "big box" stores.

Love this little family owned store. All their American flag are made in the USA. They will also properly dispose of your old flag. Worth the trip.

If you haven't be there since they've expanded, do yourself a favor and check it out!

Extremely disrespectful staff. Terrible response time to fix their installation errors. Our flagpole was installed crooked and we have been met with hostility and resistance when inquiring about how to have it fixed. We still don't have any information about when it will be fixed and it's been a week since we inquired, following up each day has been met with extreme attitude and sarcasm. I strongly recommend hiring any contractor or handyman to install your flagpole instead of this company.

I love this place! There are so many wonderful things to look at. So American! If you a patriot it is a buyers paradise. But when you actually need their service they aren't easy to work with. They make you feel like they are doing you a favor.

Great little shop. Flags, flag poles, car window flags, Decals, and so much more. They do installs as well on the poles. Custom flags available. And these metal.mobils are great for keeping birds away. Ive been looking for more of these.

Not only flags. The home decor for inside and out, beautiful jewelry, gifts and goodies galore. All American Themed and USA made. Plus the staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

Really a VERY nice store with a wide variety of flags, wall hangings, T-shirts, and more. Lots of military/veteran related items. Really nothing for RV flagpoles though if that's what you are looking for. But still very much worth a visit.

Finally had enough money to purchase a 20ft flag pole that my husband wanted for fathers day. Spent over 300.00 in the store. The customer service was terrible the lady was rude and treated us as though it was a big bother to her to help us.

My husband is a veteran who came in to purchase a flagpole on 7/2. Woman who helped him was extremely rude for no reason. Next time, we will take our business elsewhere. I may even cancel the transaction within the next 3 days. Very upsetting that she can treat people in this way.

I recently purchased an American flag along with a flag pole for the house, it ran me around 50 bucks, but well worth it. I really enjoyed the wide variety of options. They had everything. From challenge coins to clothing to various types of balloons and a multitude of patriotic endeavors.
