Great location and easy to find. It’s close to a lot of restaurants. There’s a small convenient store where you check in. The bathroom and showers are clean. The water pressure isn’t that great but since it’s winter I care more about there being hot water, which there was. The laundry takes card and it’s well taken care of. There were some machines out of order but with off season it didn’t bother us. They do allow you to use the dump station if you are not staying at the park for $20.

Nice quiet location. Neighbors can sometimes be noisy, but let's be honest that is just how it is when camping. Cabins are long in the tooth but the RV pull through spaces are nice (we've stayed in both). We always enjoy our stay.

-1 star, I can hear stupid music over my own radio. Apparently they don't charge enough to have staff police excessive noise.
-1 star, constant barking dogs I can hear inside my cabin, let alone trying to enjoy the porch. Apparently they don't charge enough to have staff police constantly barking dogs.
-1 star, poor poor internet. Don't advertise it if you can't provide it. This isn't even a remote location.
+1 star for beautiful cabins and campgrounds.
+1 for hiking access and nearby activities.
I wish the park itself was more enjoyable, but the most enjoyable part is when we're AWAY from the campground.

As we drove in today, we were so disappointed in this KOA! It is so ratty looking and just unkept! Very tight spaces, no charm or character. Do not understand the good reviews. I would NOT stay here again and cannot recommend it. We’re happy we’re only here for 3 nights! It is a great location and has great potential if someone would just clean it up! There’s supposedly a cafe on site but it was closed the entire time we were here. Which would have been nice to know since we were counting on that for breakfast. I would be embarrassed if I owned this KOA, but then it wouldn’t look like this if I owned it!

A very nice Holiday KOA. We got here just after the season when it's a bit quieter. A good place as a base of iterations in the Flagstaff area if you don't mind the traffic.

This is an older KOA but the location is perfect as a base to see National Parks and Monuments. Friendly staff and reasonable prices at the store.

Stopped here for a couple of days on our way to California. The attention to detail, cleanliness and overall atmosphere - amazing. We've marked this as a favorite and will definitely be back. Thanks for providing this great space!

Big park and very close to everything. Needs to cut grass around lots & hook-ups. My box was fallín off meter. Grass was high around my connections. For the price per night clean up some. Cable going on & off even with Sun out. My opinion

Love the ponderosa pine sites. Very close to restrooms, however, the showers need to be sanitized. A lot of mold on the grout and floor. The shower curtain also had mold. A little out dated facility. The breakfast was very well worth its price. Didn't have to eat the rest of the day.

Wonderful campground, shaded, clean, cute store.all of the normal for a KOA. We were happy that the 50amp service was actually 50amp.on this trip other campgrounds boast they have it, but we were actually only getting 20amp from the pole. Weather was so amazing that we never ran our AC. Parked next to the jumping pillow, our kids are older so never used it, but I was suprised how the noise from it didn't bother us at all! Lots of trees, but our 40ft 5th wheel made it in and out just fine. The one thing we had trouble with was pulling in and out of the driveway of the campground.the road is bust and it's a troublesome intersection. Really enjoyed the vast hiking area behind the park!

The breakfast at the Cafe was great; fenced in dog, play area was great
The young man who pulls the little train with children riding really needs to slow, he was going extremely fast (husband told him he needed to slow down, boy shrugs) going to hurt someone if he continues.

6 out of 10 washers didn’t work and 3 out of 9 dryers didn’t work. Very hard to do laundry with a site this big when the washers and dryers don’t work.

Campground. Tent sites are just any spot they assign not a specific area like many other KOAs. Laundry does not take cash so we found a close laundrymat that took coins instead of paying almost 6usd per load on our card, after all bank service charges and extras which a card transaction would come to. Most other canpgrounds have a mix of card and coin options which is much better! Washrooms are clean but doors are full open which is a bit disconcerting. Mirrors and some shower heads are really low for us tall people. Shouldnt have to bend to see or wash your head!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the KOA Flagstaff! The staff was so helpful, the grounds were clean and well maintained, and the bathrooms were clean. Our seven year old son had a blast jumping on the pillow top, riding the bikes and playing on the playground.

If you like the woods and mountains, and a fun atmosphere, this is the koa for you. Woodsy and outdoorsy - it was perfect for my family. If you are looking for perfectly manicured lawns and leveled sites, this might not be your place.

The tent sites are crammed together, there is nothing to separate one site from another. The road is so narrow it is dangerous. The grounds are dirty and very run down. I can’t express how inaccurate the website description and photos are.

This KOA is okay. Some parts of it are nice, others need work. Where we stayed, there was no landscaping, weeds and scrub cedar. The washers were good, but only 2 dryers were operable. Nice dog park. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Front desk girl acted annoyed when we were checking in, was very short with answers and sped through map for site location. Tent sites are nice, if you pay extra for an electical outletake sure to bring at min 50ft cord as it is on the completly opposite side of the site than the raised mulch tent spot, bathrooms are clean. The playground is very large and there is a jumping pillow for kids as well.
