I got some water damage and (yikes some applesauce) on my laptop keyboard. Dropped it off at Ben’s and he had parts ordered and a new working keyboard within two days. Super fast, easy, and an amazing price. Offered a student discount too. Amazing! Highly recommend.
Long story short, Ben had to put way more time into this than would be expected, yet when I offered to pay again/more, he denied it saying he has a flat rate. Wouldn't let me argue. Just NOPE. Can't find a way to tip him either.
I've been building my own computers for 30 years, and while I am a bit out of date lately, I can tell he knows his stuff. I would have handled this myself, but I need it done and health reasons are keeping me from getting it done.
If I had known getting quality computer repair done was this cheap and fast, I would have started it years ago instead of doing it myself.
Ben is really great! Highly recommend local small business. Took excellent care of us today. I doubt there could be anyone more knowledgeable and experienced with computers than him. Besides that being a great guy.
