The harmonic balancer went bad on my 2016 Shockwave Tremor during Covid and Chris took great care to get the part as quick as possible although everything was back ordered and stored my boat inside while we waited for the part. Will definitely go back to Chris for all maintenance and any other repairs that might come up.
