Super filthy. No privacy. No means No. I felt like I was being stalked half the time I was there.

It is great when visiting Phoenix as it is the only place in town that has a pool and full spa. The downfalls of this place is that the staff can be rude the rooms DO NOT have a locked compartment for your valuables (every other place I’ve visited has this) and they have raised the prices so it is a bit Expensive for 8-hours, so sadly I can’t frequent Flex as often.

A very negative bunch if ever! Implying I'm too old? This very night at age 72 I received my masters degree after 16 months hard work. How many of you have masters degrees? How many of these negative people could even get into a masters program right now? Just telling it like it is and it's sounding like The Chute is at least more tolerant,

The guests were nice when I went the other week for my first time. I'd like to go again sometime soon. I liked the pool and the hot tub.

I almost always have fun and good time but the last 2 times I went the staff seemed numb.my room was not clean and still had the previous persons discarded items in the room. After a run around I was offered a different room and seemed like things were looking better but we discovered ANTS were all over the room.tried to get staff to fix the situation but they ignored the issue.so I left.no refunds offered. It is not to cheap to get room lockers for guest

I was at flex Saturday night I will just stay that I sucked alot dick that night and the next day.
PS I love that place

The steam room is perfect. This is the spot where you can relax and feel refreshed. The staff is friendly, they also maintain the cleanliness of their place. I will definitely come back here.

I have to give one start just to coming here cause the entrance responsible treat and try to get more money than the correspond to be according to price on the entrance is to shame to find person like the one at the entrance

Had a good time! Found a sexy light skin Latino Top! He had a full beard and everything really cute. Took me to his room & smashed the f outta me! He was so rough and masculine I enjoyed the whole experience! He also let me lick his toes! He smashed me real good but I didn't climax until I had his toes in my mouth! Very hot experience! Going back for sure! Just hope next time the crowd is bigger? Other than that, very cool place!

Former employee it is truly a oasis in a desert now I may not agree with how management chooses toto deal with the staff and who he puts in charger & at the front desk but overall good clean safe fun place

Had a great time, it's even more fun when you plan to meet up with a group of "friends" and chill by the pool

Get out of the heat and meet new people in a fresh kind of way. Gentleman's spa only! Fun and always interesting kind of place.

It's either this place or really nothing else. The Chute is a dump. The workers all have a bad attitude and should be fired. Then the building should be bulldozed.

Only an "all male facility" he was very rude on the phone. Hung up on me. I was traveling from Chicago to Phoenix I saw this place had fabulous reviews and then he was a complete jerk on the phone. Wishing I could give no stars very disappointed.

A place to hang out have fun with no worries of anyone or any law enforcement coming in and harassing you great place to meet new people

Perfect place to go when trying to cope with the occasional death of a close one or a break up.
