Bought a one way ticket for my daughter to return to college bus broke down 1 1/2 in route and were stuck on the side of the road for 4 hours! Was told too bad so sad No refund no nothing

I used this service from Phoenix to Tucson because I planned to ride back to Phoenix with someone who was driving their personal car.

THE POSITIVES:

1) The pickup & drop-off were on time (the most important matter).

2) The driver was polite & courteous.

3) The electrical outlets and Wi-Fi worked well.

THE NEGATIVES:

1) They don't always use the bright, new, green buses that they use in their advertisements. Our bus was old and a little musty.

2) There aren't any signs at the 44th St. /Washington tation to direct new riders.

3) Since they don't use the green busses (they lease regular busses with no identifying markings), you need to check with the driver of every bus that pulls up in order to avoid missing your ride.

I’ve been on FlixBus a few times. I’ve had very Nice driver’s. Buses are ok nice cool air. Lately there’s a lot more passengers than before, Only thing I don’t like is when buying a ticket if you don’t get it at that moment the price goes up every time. And like any bus line they need more disinfecting. Bathroom gladly I haven’t had any problems with Flix buses. And, to people that travel on bus lines please showerThat’s what makes a bus smell like Butt

I took a flix bus since Las Vegas to Phoenix for $60, it doesn't has wifi but it's ok, you have restroom and A/C. It was my first time buying a seat online for a flixbus and I have a good experience. Driver was kind with all pasangers and everybody used their correct seats.

Note: maybe you don't feel sure if it works 'cause there are many opinions on internet about a bad service, you know it's cheap and it look likes so easy to be real, but you can try. Maybe you're gonna think if bus going to arrive, I was in that situation, the only one thing that you have to do is be patient and hope, pray that it arrive.

As a lifestyle nomad I have to say this is by far the best option for budget travel. The journey is pleasant and have room in my budget for a nice hotel room at my destination.

Flixbus has the worst customer service! Their buses literally can carry people in motorized wheelchairs and they want you to register your wheelchair because you can't do it on the app. When you call them they say it's against policy to carry people in motorized wheelchairs even though I have done it 3 times now. It's frustrating with their customer service but I have been very fortunate to have very good drivers that cater to me on my trips. The buses have the capability to carry disabled people they would probably do more business if they just quit saying they can't do this when they can.

The bus service is great, but trying to change my reservations was not possible because their system would not process any credit card. Speaking to support was useless. They sent me back to their site and told me to clear cache and cookies. I tried from a phone, a laptop and a tablet. I'm stuck with a voucher I will probably never use.

When I arrived at the tagged location I was looking for a bus station, they don't have one yet so you just have to wait on the waiting area shaed with the train station.
Clean bus, great air conditioning, good drivers, on time.

Very disappointing! I reserved and paid early for two seats up front. The driver let everyone sit wherever they wanted so I ended up in the back. Causing conflicts because others also reserved seats. Don't waste money on an extra seat because the driver doesn't care where people sit.

My first experience with flixbus was great! Couldn't have been happier. Inexpensive, very comfortable. My 2nd experience was not great! The drivers and ride was good, however the price had tripled. They contracted out with different bus carriers so you don't know which bus is yours. No signs or numbers posted on bus to guide you. I missed my bus because of this, customer service was not helpful. I paid for the next day ticket and ended up asking 3 bus drivers if this was the right bus! All 3 different companies, no signage for me to know. May not use them again

What is the point of paying to reserve your seat and row if Flix is going to fill the whole bus anyways. I try to book with flix to avoid the sweaty sardine can that is greyhound, but it turns out its the same human garbage truck experience on flix too. Drivers regularly texting while on the road too, I'd rather walk the 100 miles.
