If I could give a zero start review I would. To begin with the customer service at this specific location is HORRIBLE. I bought some “Fresas con Crema” and there was a hair in them the ladies there had their hair fully down not even up in the slightest way. As well as the crema from the fresas tasted bad like if it had gone bad yet they still served it. The ice cream we got was melted as well. I see I am not the only one who has complained about this. Even while in the tub it looks melted. Overall I had the worst experience ever and when asking to get my order fixed the girls caught a nasty attitude.
Their ice cream looked and was melted. When they served it, it was worse it was very melted. Their customer service was also not good the lady was rude and had an attitude.
There were two hairs in my fresa con crema, the women there weren't wearing any hair nets and were very rude. The hairs were too short to be mine, mine is dark and long for male.

Don't waste your money! The prices are ridiculously high and their items are not worth it. We bought “raspados” and the syrups didn't have any flavor and when we tried them it was just shaved ice. The service was slow and low quality. The “nieves”/ice cream don't look appetizing.
