This company advertised an all stainless steel grinder specifically made to avoid aluminum contamination in your product. Unfortunately, the company lied and used aluminum in many contact points throughout the device. Also, the quality of their machining is so poor that the parts rub and wear in an extremely damaging, unintended pattern, causing aluminum dust to fall into your product. Search "Flower Mill Aluminum Dust" to find countless pictures of this issue. Flower Mill completely redesigned their product as a response to this issue and told customers they could obtain a free set of replacement parts when available or a refund. All the while they scrubbed their marketing material and social media posts of any mention of "all stainless steel" to help hide the fraud. Half a year later, the replacement parts are available but I was told I had to buy them for $40. No thanks, let me get a refund then. Oh you want me to send this to you before I get a refund? You think I can trust you would follow through? I will throw this aluminum paperweight in the trash now. That is fraud - you sold me something saying it was one thing when in fact it was another. Then when you were exposed, you said oh no we will fix it. But you didn't. Terrible customer service, terrible manufacturing, and a terrible owner, John. Boo John. Shame shame shame.
