Flying J Travel Center, Winslow AZ

The driver’s women bathroom was a mess but man oh man was my meatloaf, broccoli, and mashed potatoes so full of flavor. It’s a hit or miss sometimes with these flying j/pilots but tonight was a hit.

This place was rude, I took a drive to Holbrook area, stopped here for gas. It wouldn't take my card, and I saw it taking other cards. When asked personnel about this, she asked me how much on the card, and fraudulent put $30.00. My car took 23.00, I was so upset to be singled out like that I just left the balance for someone else in this frumpy little town. BYPASS AND go to Loves down the road, they do not discriminate.

Really bed management, waiting 1 hours in line for the shower and line didn’t move at all! Simply took one hour from my sleep cycle!

Clean your restroom! They are sooooooooo nasty. DO BETTER! You guys need to have someone check the restaurant every 30 minutes. If I’m going to pay 60% mark up price YOU COULD AS LEASE HAVE CLEAN RESTROOMS

Worst place and staff. Stopped last night bad experince with shower. They have 14 showers in facility and they only circulating 2. Waited 45 minute to use one from 2 showers. Rest 12 showers are free and clean but not for use and reserved for morning rush.bad experience

I took shower at this place. The shower, toilet and fan wasn't clean enough. The fan on the wall nasty I have to ask for a different shower room and was the same.
The manager of this place doesn't care anything. You pay to bathe for nothing because those who don't pay enter directly to the shower. I speak to the manager because I have been waiting for more than 1 hour to bathe and I observed that someone quickly go shower room where someone had gotten out. I tell him, he said yes many times people go shower and don't pay but we can't do anything.

Some of the WORST employees ever. It seemed as though the customers were not appreciated. Employees laughing and talking loud to their fellow members. No total given or a thank you. I felt nearly invisible. More like a ghost. At least they're seen

I have no idea what’s going on all the showers are empty there’s no one.i have been waiting 1 hour for the shower to be ready.i guess they don’t wanna anyone to come for shower at night

I took shower at this place.my shower number was 10.the shower wasn't clean enough and sanitized. The fan on the wall nasty. I asked the manager if the can clean it, he responded, well we are busy helping customers! This is not 5 star hotel,

I overheard trucker asking front desk wether his shower ever gonna be ready he’s been waiting long time and lots of shower rooms open but no one cleaning them, also no fresh coffee in the morning. Nothing in the buffet for breakfast only some gross pizza. This truck stop getting worse and worse each time.

Waited til the heat of the day then told me they were calling the cops made me leave w my 2 black dogs. No humanity amount the daytime manager (correction dude isn't manager and pretending to be. Seems to be an issue here). Excuse was you are homeless when I own 2 houses only in transit to my southern one The place is messy as hell they constantly close the truckers bathroom making the thier regular one always over crowded. 2 Stahl's 1 quick use. If your getting gas it's ok but would not recommend for anything else

Horrible place rude maintenance dude telling me to move from the fuel island when I was trying to pump fuel I was having a problem with the app to mobile fuel so I decided to take off without fueling never coming to this place again

Isiack who was pretending to be manager, he started helping me, and between his question just came up as when he asked that if I am Indian. Then suddenly things change for me. I was trying to go to the shower. Then he said I need to show him that I am going for a shower for real.
Then I just told him that let it be I’m done, and then he followed me to the public restrooms and asked again and that if I am I sure that we are done

I hope somebody will reach out to me from corporate. Otherwise I will be filing a complaint against him for treating me as an non-American. I don’t want to mention that he works 40 hours a week and we are always on road driving trucks which cost more than his house. I hope Isaac also reads this because he needs to be ashamed of his behavior.

Beware of the fat burritos! They are loaded with 90 percent hash browns which is a cheap staple & filler! Very deceptive I don't mind paying for a good burrito but not for potato's. This burrito was suppose to have bacon as well. Shame on you Pilot

Came here and was greeted with good staff and Jacob that worked the cash register was really helpful.
Don’t see much of the smiles and assistance elsewhere like you do here.

5 stars for late parking 930pm and still good free spots and alot of paid like 20 spots left but the shower crew are trash so be ready to wait
