The white dude has no respect for his costumers bad attitude sarcastic and needs a attitude adjustment been coming here for 13 years and never had this experience I'll be taking my business somewhere else. 3-18-2021 at 2: 35 p.m.

New day, shower #4.1 towel, 1 wash rag. No foot pad, room enough to turn around in. Only seat was the toilet, no tiny stool.
Hair in the shower waiting for me to add to it. I think maybe I will go elsewhere next time

Honestly i want to give 0 star. All of gas machines didnt work and I wasted 30 mins to try every machine. Im really MAD

Shower room didn't have any toilet paper in it at all. Room was also very cold and not froze getting out of the shower. Sink was dirty kinda makes you wonder what else is dirty? Couldn't find anyone to give an extra towel. I'm becoming a fan of TA and Loves as my experience with Pilot and Flying J is there going downhill when it comes to courtesy and a clean place especially the shower area.

Have stayed here before to do a 34 hr reset in the past. However, the reason for the 3 star is because of the terrible internet reception here. The closer you get to this place the more your reception weakens. I've read many reviews by people staying at Pilot/Pilot Flying Js that these places put up an internet blocker so it forces you to HAVE TO purchase an internet package AND the packages aren't any better. Being that I have stayed at multiple Pilots and flying js I'd have to say that i agree with the people making these reviews regarding poor internet reception. One person even told us that it was true. 2cd thing to mention is the paid parking, which is a way for them to make easy money off of you. The same thing with the paid parking for truck drivers. Its beyond ridiculous.

Wery unwelcome people worked here on Feb 6 2021. I came at counter for shower and associate was talking to another worker and was not able to listen that is my need here. Finally I bought a shower. Not clean. Some one left dirty vet footprints on its floor. Water in shower head change temperature in unpredictable sequence. After shower it was time for some coffee and meal. Coffee machine dispense just a half of wanted small cup. No half$half. No hot dogs. When start express my opinion at counter lady advise me to across the freeway for another trucks-top.
I wish some one from management will read it and do something.

I love this location all of the the people were so helpful and my wife and I had a great breakfast at the Denny's there.

All the cashiers were sitting around giggling and playing with their phones, while drivers were standing around waiting for someone to make coffee being there was hardly any made

Pump we used was extremely slow and took over ten minutes to overfill our tank. The automatic turn off for the pump didn't work and spilled gas all over our vehicle.

Gas pumps didn't work right had to leave and go to different gas station. Took at least 20 minutes to pump less than 5 gallons of gas. Will never stop here again.

Clean store clean bathroom that counts the most. Nice drink bar food looks good they even had a Denneys stop again maybe on the way back

I have always loved this stop and the Pilot Center coffee is the best and they will make
it fresh

Good respite from highway travel. Excellent RV accommodations for refueling, air, water, and dumping.

Very convent to stop and fuel up on my way west friendly staff clean rest rooms and if you like subway they are open late and this subway still carry pastrami some subways in California stopped carrying pastrami also you can get your truck serviced behind the store there is a Goodyear tire shop

I'm tired of going in and not being able to get dark roast coffee seems to me that you can always dilute the strong coffee and get the strength you like there's nothing I can do to make weak coffee stronger

TYPICAL "J", CLEAN, GREAT COFFEE. CLEAN SHOWERS. I WISH THEY'D DUMP DENNY'S, 'N BRING BACK THEIR OWN RESTAURANT W/BUFFET. THAT FOOD BESTS DENNY'S HANDS DOWN

Great place to have food, drinks and anything else you would need while traveling. The place is in Eloy City, on I-10 between Phoenix / Casa Grande and Tucson.

Still working with flying j, shower, breakfast, and morning coffee, ill let i know after its all done

Coffee was ok, little old. Half and half was ok. The staff needs to be checking on the coffee bar more often.
