Whether or not you were referred to DR FOLTZ specifically you will still be seeing his nurse or assistant for some reason.he said if you went to see him call and “REQUEST HIM” Even tho it’s his practice supposedly. The doctor will give you attitude like a kid and not want to hear when you have a complaint or fact. He’s dry and always in a rush. Seen him about 2 times in the past year, he will only direct others what he wants done. But ever explain to you why. One thing they never fail is to charge or bill you tho they just wont set up a treatment plan.his nurse wont know half of the things you speak about but you will still see her before the doctor makes time for you.never recommending this place idk why anyone would.care for yourself and find a decent practice

This is the most incompetent practice that we had ever been to in our lives. They did not return phone calls. They refused to provide my husbands MRI results. After waiting for three months for the results, we went into the office today only to find out the results were normal for an aging male. It would have been nice to know that months ago. Instead, we worried the whole time expecting the worse. Twice, they did not get the medication dosage correct. This office is not interested in "caring" for their patients just collecting payment. Now, let me tell you about Dr. Foltz. He is the rudest doctor that I have ever met. When my husband introduced me for the first time Dr Foltz didn't acknowledge me. Through the entire visit he spoke to my husband in a demeaning manor, and when we asked questions he acted totally annoyed. He did not bother to explain his role in my husband's Parkinson's care. He claimed to treat Parkinson but didn't bother to explain that when a patient develops other complicated symptoms he needs to refer them to a specialist who specializes in that disorder. Not until I pressed him twice to explain his role did he offer the information. Even then, he acted annoyed that I had the nerve to question him. Anyway, he and his entire staff are useless. His assistant did not know how to correctly take my husband's blood pressure. Please, please shop around for another doctor. There are plenty of other neurological doctors out there. DR FOLTZ is graded an "F". Poor bedside manner, poor communication, zero interest in providing compassionate care and was in a hurry to get through the appointment.

STAY AWAY! Trust me this is the most inefficient medical office I've visited in 50 years. I've been waiting for 2 months to get a written prescription for a replacement CPAP machine. Their office personnel do not return phone calls and really don't care what your issue is. Horrible! Find another Doctor and save yourself the hours of frustration I've endured. UNSAT.

It took me 3 months to just get a prescription for CPAP supplies. Foltz assistant was terrible. She did not return calls and had no customer focus.

I have very good experiences with Dr Foltz. He was the third neurologist that I went to and finally he diagnosed and treated my problem.

Incompetence at every angle! Foltz MA doesn’t callback, no response to portal messages, then left a VM for office manager as well, no callback. Sent fax as well-No response. Got sent to collections when I had a credit balance after being reassured this was taken care of. Drove over a hour to an appointment to be told an auth wasn’t on file which I called over a week ago to confirm. A mistake was made by the office and subsequently my appointment was pushed back out 3 months due to their mistake, no making it right was made. The office staff outright lies about things and it affects patients and nothing is made right. Switching doctors. These people do not care. This is ridiculous.
