Great place! My sons and I come here. Customer service is the best! The team is responsive and appointments are available extremely quick. I had Dr. Newman for my crown and Madison for my deep cleaning they were great! Definitely recommending to friends and family.

Kristin is always such a great asset to your office. She is always so happy and positive and really cares about patients. In addition she is the most gentle of all I ever had. I am no longer anxious when coming to get my teeth clean.

I’ve had such a great experience each time I have been in the office! I definitely recommend if anyone is looking for a dentist. The staff is extremely friendly and do a wonderful job of making sure they are thorough in all the work they do! Kristen has done my cleanings the past few times I have been in and she is AMAZING! She makes going to the dentist a good experience, not only does she do a great job she has great energy and is so conversational that it feels like I’m chatting with a friend when I go in. She even remembers things I mentioned in our previous appointments months prior. It just goes to show she really cares about her patients!:)

Kind, patient and fast! My daughter was facing a lot of dental work with sedation, and they doctors and nurses were so caring and kind and professional that they’re now “OUR” family dentist.

I highly recommend Foothills Smiles. I have 4 broken teeth and it had been a while since I had a cleaning. The entire staff treated me professionally. They are very courteous and accommodating. I had a deep cleaning, which they warned me, would be painful for 1 to 3 days. Since the anesthesia wore off, I have had 0 pain. None.

We had a great experience with our dental assistant Ameia. She was so sweet to my daughter and did a great job making her feel comfortable.

I would not recommend this office at all. I had to switch dentist locations due to insurance changes so I made an appointment at Foothills Smiles Dentistry. I had just had my regular cleaning 6 months previously with no concerns. I went in and the hygienist and dentist are both abrasive and rude. Hygienist said i needed a deep cleaning. She spoke to me like I'm a child. The dentist then comes in and agrees with hygienist. I was told that if I didn't have the deep cleaning I could not be seen at their office so I left. I've never heard of such a thing. I went to another location two days later, was seen by dentist and she said I just needed a regular cleaning. I would not recommend Foothills at all. They made me feel very uneasy, uncomfortable, and they are shady for sure.

If no stars was an option. Thought I was going in for a teeth cleaning but it took over an an hour and a half for xrays and gum counting to be told it was going to be $800 (with insurance) to clean my teeth, and I would need to schedule another appointment. When I said that I just wanted my teeth cleaned Jennifer told me that was not an option as I was diagnosed by a hygienist needing the extra deep cleaning. When I said no thank you I just wanted my teeth cleaned I was told I would need to find another dentist as they would only do what the hygienist “recommended”. I spoke with assistant office manager Denise who confirmed that what was recommended was that, a recommendation not a mandate but that option (not spending $800) was not available at their office. So I left with no teeth cleaning, out my co-pay, and a dry mouth as I wasn’t even given a cup of water after the hygenist stabbed my gums. Disappointed to say the least. Now I need to find another dentist.

Kristin was amazing and gentle cleaning my teeth. Dr. Newman, Kristin, Tommy and the front office was very thorough with explaining everything to me. This was my first visit here and my forever dental family. The staff is amazing.

Terrible service this place is a money grab the dentist and hygienist talked to me like some police officers and tried to up charge me you can’t just go to them and get a regular cleaning thru insurance they want you to pay something, blue eyed devils lol tried to tell me the little bit of plaque I did have I needed a deep cleaning and I just got one a few months prior somewhere else just to see if they would lie and they did so im telling you know don’t spend your money here THEY BE LYING!

Dr. McCalister did a great job straightening my oldest two boys teeth with Ortho. Their smiles are handsome and perfect now.

My third son had perfect teeth and never needed Ortho but chipped half his front tooth off last week. Dr Stanfield had it fixed the next morning before any of his friends even knew what happened. Now his smile is perfect again too. Can't compliment these Dr.s enough, you can't go wrong with Foothills Smiles!

Madison has been my hygienist for the last two weeks and I have another appt with her next week to wrap everything up. She is awesome! Kept me totally calm during everything even though I was nervous as hell, explained what she was doing, answered all of my questions, and overall is great at what she does.

The office also has multiple payment plan options through SmileGeneration or you can payment plans through the office. They explain everything to you.

I was absolutely very scared to go into Smiles Dentistry for a deep cleaning. I was traumatized by my childhood dentistry. But, Jessica was wonderful! She told me exactly what she was doing or about to do. She adjusted the chair and got blankets so my very painful back was as comfortable as possible. She asked if i needed a break every ten minutes or so. And, she worked fast and efficiently. Who could ask for more? I have an appointment next week fir the other half of my teeth. I can't say that I am looking forward to it happily, but I am not terrified.

I walked in off the street, on vacation from Minneapolis, and asked if I could get some rubber bands for my braces because I forgot mine and I was going to be here for a week. They very quickly went back and consulted with the orthodontist and within a couple of minutes I had a bag in my hand. Thanks so much for your professionalism and for helping me out.

What an amazing experience! Very professional and kind. Went in for a toothache, Dr. Jarvis told me what it was in 5 mins, made me feel comfortable and provided detail information on what I should do and how it happened. Thank you so much this is my new dental spot and I’m telling everybody

Betzy is amazing! Love that she does great with my kids. She takes the time to build confidence in not only my kids but with other children that are in the office. This office is lucky to have her on their team! I am very happy with the doctors.
