Foothills Sports Medicine Physical Therapy, Tempe AZ

Great place! Used their services in 2015 after my rotator cuff surgery, and just again August/Sept 2020 for a sprained meniscus. The entire team of therapists, etc are amazing! They will definitely help you with any issue, and are just lovely people!

I found my experience at Tempe Foothills to be refreshing and very worthwhile. In the past I was treated for a specific symptom. But Elijah took my treatment a step further and was able to get to the cause of my problems. His powers of observation and diagnostics are amazingly astute. He has added years of health to my life and I would highly recommend him.

If you need physical therapy, this is the place. Everyone here is knowledgeable, kind and considerate. You will always be respected, never made to feel like a bother. This doesn't mean you won't have to work, because you will work! Carlos and the team will put together a complete treatment plan that will show progress from the start.

Started PT at Foothills Tempe earlier this year due to knee pain and plantar fasciitis from trail running. This week I did a 13 mile trail run and 10 mile hike in Zion NP and a 21 mile trail run in the Grand Canyon completely pain free. So grateful for Elijah and the entire team at Foothills for getting me back on the trails.

I broke my hip, femur, and shoulder. 3 months later felt like my injury never happened. My therapist Peyton did everything she could to get me back to anything in life I could ever want. If anything were to happen to me again or anyone else, I trust Peyton Lane.

All staff are very friendly and helpful, the facilty is well equipped for all levels of rehab. The take alot of care to keep all covid safety measures too.
My therapist, Elijah has alot of knowledge and is able to use it to help find multiple ways of finding the right way for you to get moving again.
It has been a long hard battle getting back to full health but I could not of done it without Elijah and the rest of the team. They really do work miracles. I cannot recommend the therapists and this location highly enough.

It is my great pleasure to write this review for Daniel Carter, my physical therapist, at Foothills in Tempe. I would like to give a review of 10 stars on a 5 star rating system. Daniel is professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and has a work ethic that I admire.

Daniel is a gifted diagnostician. He is an excellent listener and an excellent communicator. He listens carefully and chooses the modalities that are the most effective for the individual.

I look forward to coming to Foothills because I receive the very best care from Daniel Carter. Additionally, everyone on the staff is kind, courteous, and concerned. They take the time to get to know you and make you feel welcome and supported.

I value the care that I receive and I cannot say enough nice things about Daniel Carter and all of the people at Foothills Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, Tempe!

Excellent knowledge of treatments and they make it a fun experience. Such a friendly environment. I highly recommend to everyone.

I had a full knee replacement surgery two and a half weeks ago. I picked Foothills because it's close to home and had good ratings. I have had a great experience here and thanks to Carlos PT/owner and Nick PT I am having an excellent recovery. They have a plan laid out every day I come in and I see improvement daily. The staff is friendly and encouraging and the area is clean, bright and warm. I am not one to usually write reviews but Foothills has been exceptional.

I visit this place for my vertigo, Melanie is amazing, she is so smart and nice I love the way she explained everything to me, thanks Melanie.

The staff is very friendly, positive and knowledgeable. They have an understanding of my neurological disability and are working with me to improve my walking.

Shoulder and Neck pain and never thought therapy would help but I was wrong. Lindsay and the team there taught me proper posture and ways to engage other muscles so I could stop hurting my neck and shoulder. I'm a believer

I love coming to Physical Therapy because of the people that work there. It's a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. I truly appreciate being able to work with great people. I am now on my second round of treatments from Foothills Sports Medicine Physical Therapy. They fixed my problem once and I didn't keep up with my exercises so I needed to return to jump start me again. They know just what I need to get me back in shape. I love all of those who have helped me. A big thank you to the whole crew.

Unhappy. Went there three times for IT band on my knee. Two first time were ok and I was getting improvement, last time was awful and I hurt my knee by doing new exercise in the wrong way. It is a matter of luck if you'll have the right person monitoring you the right way or not, two first time I was ok, the last time I was the unlucky one. I went there desperate needing help of a professional, and today I am back to handle this by myself.

I seldom write reviews, but this place went way beyond my expectations. The front desk staff are helpful, and therapists are knowledgeable, and particularly skilled in communication with my mother who is elderly and disabled w/Alzheimers and hip fracture. Even medical staff in hospital and after care were not this good.
Their concern is genuine and they're just nice people. I am now interested in getting involved for my own back and leg pain.

Front desk staff is friendly and informative. My therapist is thorough and professional. While it may be a stretch to say I "enjoy" physical therapy (I have muscle and nerve problems after a broken ankle), the people here do make it very worthwhile and I am making progress.

I have been to this facility for two different issues. Both times I found the staff very knowledgeable and friendly. Scheduling was never a problem and most importantly the physical therapy worked. A special shout out to physical therapist Daniel Carter, he is great!

All the staffs r friendly & keep you informed upon arrival.

My pt & technicians r knowledgeable to instruct me routines & ask me for any information necessary to treat me.
