Such a great company. They quickly replaced our entire system in the middle of the summer and have ben servicing each year with great follow up. Today Michael Mujadin came on time and ensured everything was ready for the upcoming year. Highly recommend Michael.
Called for an emergency and they came right away and communicated well. When the issue couldn't be fixed quickly, they found the necessary parts and fixed it within 3 days.

The office team, especially Roxanna is a ROCKSTAR. I feel like she is equally involved to get things in order, as much as I am. The onsite crew is definitely experienced and knowledgeable. And believe it or not, they are realistic and reasonable. They actually find things that are wrong, versus making things up that are wrong.
Meagan came out for an issue with my AC whereas the condensation water was draining from the side panels on the roof top rather then the drain pipe. She cleared the drain and removed the sitting water from the blower compartment. She also showed me the evaporative coil was extremely dirty and applied a foam cleaner which made a huge difference. They quoted me they would be at my house after 3PM but where here shortly after 2PM. I'm very happy to recommend Four Seasons as I will continue to call them when needing AC service

Great when you have an appointment but no so great when you have an emergency with your AC. Phone service kept me on hold for 10 minutes then sent me to voicemail. Never received a call back that evening or the next morning.ugh
Had a problem that was very difficult to identify. Chris and his partner stuck with it until they solved it. When the problem first surfaced, they were out later that day and when it resurfaced they were out the next morning and solved it. Good follow up. Good service. Very satisfied.
