Fowlers Pools Best Pool Service Phoenix

Fowlers pool has been servicing us for over a year now and they have done an excellent job of pool care.

After reading reviews online I sincerely wanted to give this company 5 stars after booking them to drain, acid wash, re-grout and restart my fully tiled pool.
The first issue that arose was the insistence of wanting my credit card information printed and emailed to them on a form – no sense of keeping my payment option safe and secure. They finally agreed to collect a check for ½ the job when the first technician arrived. The pool draining was straight and simple, Day 1 – tech didn’t ask for payment. Day 2 was not as simple – acid wash time. Apparently the machine used for acid washing was faulty because it wasn’t long after the technician started the job we heard loud banging of the equipment onto our pool decking and loud exclamations by the technician fighting to keep the sprayer going – this went on for most of the entire job. I literally questioned the tech about the banging, the faulty equipment and his screaming in our quiet neighborhood and let him know it was also interfering with my work conference calls. When his job ended he checked in, requested payment for the entire job, and said another tech would be arriving tomorrow morning to start the grouting process. Day 3 arrived and no tech…. We waiting patiently for several hours before reaching out to the office who said they’d check to find out what is going on and call back. No call back. I called back 2 hours later and was given the same story at which time I told the office staff I’d hold while they reached out to the tech. Turns out the tech had a job prior to ours and was not due to wrap up until early afternoon – we should expect him approx. 3pm. I was also assured the grouting would be completed before he left our residence. At 5: 30-ish the tech was gone without checking in personally but had sent an email and a voicemail saying another tech would be back Day 4 to clean the titles after the grout set and pool filled back up to then fill up the spa and restart the pool. Day 4 tech shows up at 11: 30am to “restart the pool” – when questioned about cleaning the tiles he said he would not. After a call to the owner of the business the Day 4 tech “half-way” cleaned the tiles, started the pool, filled the spa and left without checking in at all. All in all the job got done but it was very painful without proper communication. After many years in business one would think they’d have their act together.

Fowler Pool Service provides quality, efficient and friendly service at a fair value. I’d recommend this company to service your pool.

Fowler Pools has been an excellent provider of pool services for our home in Arizona! They have highly qualified technicians that can assist just about any issue that you may have and I love the fact that they take photos (with a time stamp) when they service our pool. I highly recommend Fowler Pools to anyone looking for a regular pool service provider or if you are in the need of a great pool design.

Ryan and the team at Fowler Pools have been really great to work with in maintaining my pool. They are trustworthy and communicate well. It’s been a huge learning curve for me because this is my first pool but they have been great at explaining and educating.

Fowler is a professionally run business. Hard to find in AZ! They texted me when it was time to have the filter cartridges cleaned, showed up when they said they would and their man was friendly and efficient.

Mason did a great job diagnosing the problems I had. Great service. Also the filter install was great. I'd recommend Fowlers again to anyone needing pool help.

We have used Fowler’s pool for years, and have been very pleased with their service. When we were away from our home for extended periods of time, our technician sent photos of the pool after service, and we had complete confidence in their work even when we weren’t there. It was a relief to know we’d come home to a sparkling pool! Their prices are reasonable, staff is friendly, skilled, and responsive!

Ryan was at my house to clean my pool today after it sat like a swamp for 4 months due to the rental company dragging their feet. Ryan spent all day on my pool, and it looks amazing compared to what he had to work with! I would highly recommend services from Fowler! Amazing job all the way around. They do a wonderful job and send me a picture of my pool and spa every time the are serving it.

This is the second time I have used Fowler Pools for an unexpected repair. They are very prompt and respond immediately, showed up on time and were able to diagnose and make the repair immediately. I love just making a quick phone call anytime I have an issue with my pool and its handled!

Gavin services my pool and does an amazing job. My pool is 27 years old and looks great. It’s obvious he takes great pride in his work. Gavin is a delightful representative of Fowlers Pools and I sincerely hope that he services my pool until he decides to retire at about age 70. Please don’t ever change my tech.
