I had the pleasure of visiting Framed Ewe Optical for the first time, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. My journey to this eyewear haven was influenced by my barber, the stylish and trustworthy Jessie from the Greater Good, who had previously shared his insights into frames and raved about his own Framed Ewe experience. After our conversation about the exciting Framed Ewe x Akila LA event happening in July, I was determined to explore the eyewear scene in Arizona.

I've always been a fan of eyewear that seamlessly blends functionality with style. Finding frames that not only accommodate prescription lenses but also offer a wide range of options can be a real challenge. Finally, in September, I managed to carve out some time to pay a visit to Framed Ewe. With a clear plan in mind and three potential frames to choose from, I ventured into the store, unsure if I'd make it before closing time.

To my delight, I was greeted by the warm and incredibly cool Eyewear Specialist, Ms. Phyllis. Her impeccable style and choice of frames immediately put me at ease. It was evident that she was the perfect person to assist me on my eyewear quest. With her expert guidance, I began the exciting process of selecting the ideal frames for my needs.

After contemplating between the Apollo, Vista, and Jubilee frames, I ultimately decided to go with the Jubilee frames, all thanks to Ms. Phyllis's valuable input. This choice turned out to be a game-changer, especially with the upcoming Drake "It's All a Blur" tour on the horizon. The Jubilee frames, with their striking yellow tint and elegant silver trim, added a dash of style and a touch of luxury to my look. I couldn't have been happier with my decision.

What truly stood out during this visit was Ms. Phyllis's exceptional kindness. While I had initially planned to pay the market price for my frames, she pleasantly surprised me by honoring the Labor Day Weekend sale, which I was completely unaware of. This unexpected discount allowed me to not only acquire frames that I absolutely loved but also saved me some money in the process.

In conclusion, my experience at Framed Ewe, guided by the wonderful Ms. Phyllis, was nothing short of exceptional. I left the store not only with stylish frames but also with a newfound appreciation for the art of eyewear selection. I learned about Framed Ewe from a YouTube video as I researched JMM Frames. When I finally thought I had narrowed my decision down to a couple of options, I contacted Lisann who took the experience to another level. Lisann addressed my initial questions and concerns, and suggested I should send her several pictures of my existing frames so she could compare and contrast the styles/measurements since I hadn't tried either of the frames on that I was intrested in. In a few short moments, Lisann sent me photos of the frames I'd chosen with her as the model, and a few of her own recommendations based on my existing frames measurements. Although she could easily rock ALL of the options she presented, it was her recommendation "JMM Vendome" (not one of my own original choices) that clearly checked all of the boxes I was seeking for myself. A few minutes later, I had an invoice in my email, paid it and received my tracking information faster than it took me to thank her via text. I can't wait to receive my new JMM Vendome frames, and will more than likely be submitting a follow-up review once I have them. FRAMED EWE is 1st class, and I will be returning for my future eyewear needs. The personal care and professionalism exhibited by Lisann is second to none.

Shopping for new frames at Framed Ewe was a dream! I was initially a little intimidated because I’ve only ever bought cheap frames online, but Phyllis knows what’s up and made the whole experience easy and fun by giving suggestions and tips. I’m obsessed with my new glasses and so happy to support this little shop:)

Great selection, friendly helpful staff. Actually found Ewe on my way to Phx General. The Akila glasses are very comfortable. Everyone seems to be wearing the most common glasses from sunglass hut, but I rather support small, and framed ewe had an elaborate mix with good taste in shades.

Tried to get my glasses adjusted and they demanded $15 to tighten several screws. This is a boutique and they certainly act like it! I suggest going elsewhere - this place is too good for us.

The best customer service I have ever experienced. I have been a customer here for a few years now and each time they do a phenomenal job. They also always seem to stock the best sunglasses! Special shout-out to Lisann, who recently got my prescription lenses in new frames on a tight deadline:)

Absolutely awesome eyewear store. Everyone had great experience in their field. I went for parts for my lindbergs. Which they supplied me with. Next I needed glasses and so i looked at what they had. And just fell in live with a pair that looked just right on me. Now I look like a very satisfied Janis Joplin! The lenses are the clearest I've had in years. All the tints were available.and when done they needed absolutely NO adjustments! First time ever i think! So I am very very very happy with my new glasses and for all the help they have provided me. Well worth visiting this place!

Framed Ewe is a fantastic local optical experience not just store. We received excellent service and support in search of the perfect Moscot lenses and can’t thank them and especially Lisann enough for the ongoing adjustments. We’ll be back for sure!)
