Ripped off twice.shame on me. High pressure sales tactics to upgrade services. Then a lousy job. Won't go back.

Great customer service. Go see David, he is awesome. He's there Sun - Tues. I've been there twice in the past month and he's been great. Very polite, professional, and makes sure I'm taken care of.
Now if this car wash just gets rid of the other manager, maybe they can bring back some of their clients that left because of him.

My car was rear ended while going through the wash. I was inside the lobby watching through the glass and watched my car get hit. Nobody said anything until I brought it up. Car wash blamed the driver and the driver blamed the car wash who sent him through with not enough space. Manager took our information but would not do more. He said to wait for a call from his manager in a few days. The place was also under-staffed. My insurance is on it now, but I will update this review if I get a response from the car wash.

I got an Express wash with a hand dry. When I got home, I noticed that my car was smeared and smudged with streak marks all over the entire thing. Top, bottom and both sides. I have never been to such an atrocious car wash. What the heck kind of chemicals are they using? I want to go back and get it redone but it's not even worth it. It was also very unclear if they were open or not, I had to back in and out several times.

I don’t think they do a very good job in wiping down the inside and door jams. Especially for the full price. They have a quick drive through for $5.00 and that is what I would recommend. Great car wash on corner of Shea and east of Scottsdale Rd. Use to be Danny’s Carousel or the best is the one in the back of Tempe Town Square!

Great staff, takes the time to really make your car shine. Favorite car wash in the area. Always friendly and efficient.

This place is a ripoff. They tried to charge my daughter extra because her cast was very dirty. Theres no signs to tell you that you pay more if your car is dirtier than they deem normal. When she refused to pay they wanted to charge her for using their vacuums. A TOTAL RIPOFF. DON'T GO TO THIS CAR WASH. THERE ARE OTHER CHOICES.

I will never recommend this car wash. Horrible service. Complete waste of time and money. I paid $30 for the VIP wash. When I got home, I noticed nothing was vacuumed or wiped off much less cleaned. I’m giving them a one start because I dont have the option to give them anything less.

Worse service you can get at a wash especially for the price! "owner" is rude and condescending beyond belief, Very poor customer service skills & appears to be hoped up on something. Stay away, go to cobblestone for customer service

Pushy sales guy and they left ArmorAll dripping in several places inside my vehicle. Wont be going back to this location.

Was turned away because I had stuff in my truck bed. Lmao! It’s a car wash! Message to owner: please contact me, I want to buy your car wash.

A little over priced. They have increased their prices by 200% in less than a year. Takes about 30 minutes for a basic car wash most days.

This place sucks. I worked for them for many years and they keeps bullshiting about so much ugh stuff

Went through the car wash paid $3 and then my tire got popped and now I have to pay $130 to fix it. Last time I went through there my windshield wipers got ripped off and now my tire. I will never go back to this place ever again.

Asked the shady manager for a rain check since it started raining right after I got my car washed. The manager just taking people money instead of putting cones up and staying closed. I am sure he knew the weather for the day. I was not thinking to check since it never rains here. No courtesy or rain check. Oh yes, they did not prep wash the bumper or wheels like other car washes will do.
