Responsive, very knowledgeable, reasonable and a pleasure to work with! I found Rick by doing a google search after spilling a cup of tea on my computer. Rick was at my house within 2 hours and saved the hard drive with all of my data, although the computer itself had shorted out. I bought a new computer and Rick came to my house the next day and transferred all of my data from the old hard drive to the new computer. Not only that, he "cleaned and organized my files" and got rid of that "pesky' One Drive that Microsoft insists on putting on all of its computers.
