Freestone District Park reviews
6Very nice park. Quiet, people walking their dogs, running, biking. Used the nice big trees by the waterfall for a photo shoot. Enjoyed.
Two of the playgrounds are just about useless for kids under 12. A child would need to be able to climb a ladder 10 to 12 ft to access several slides.
Doggie class heads begin meeting here for about 15 years. It's free, it's friendly, and the trainer highly experienced and very good.
Cute park with a nice playground, walking trails and a pond. Interesting that the pond is green - not sure what chemicals are being used to turn the water that shade. Also, need to repair the swing set & spray it with some WD40.
Perfect for kids, batting cages, little Carousel, Train goes around whole park that gives rides, waterfalls, ducks, turtles, magpies, and steep hills on grass they ride ice blocks down. There is a skate park, softball fields, and multiple playgrounds. Great place to bring your hound for a walk, or a romantic walk with someone special, take them over the wooden bridge by the waterfalls, there's a sitting area you can feed the ducks. Quack Quack
It was a fun place. Went for a baby shower. The only part that bugged me was the people scheduled b4 us. Were an hour late cleaning up for us to put our party up.
