We have had some issues but they have been addressed appropriately. Great to deal with overall. We absolutely love our sales person Dennis Renko. He is the reason we keep coming back! Between Dennis, Lonnie in service and Greg in finance you have an all star team!

My husband and I are big fans of Freeway Chevrolet we actually drive an extra 40 minutes from our home to go to Freeway Chevrolet. They are friendly, have great deals and their customer service can't be beat that is why we bought our last 3 vehicles from Freeway Chevrolet.

Came to shop for a used truck. We set an appointment and specified a particular truck we wanted to look at. The interior of the truck was dingy and dirty. Youd think they'd at least wipe it down.
We ended up leaving because we weren't impressed with the truck. The salesman was nice and I really can't say much beyond that since we didn't stay.
We ended up at another dealer and found a much better truck. It was clean inside and out and we ended up buying it.

UPDATE: My experience with truck shopping wasn’t enough to warn me off returning here. So we just brought our truck in for service here yesterday. It had a bad USB port in the dash (covered under warranty, yay) a missing antenna, and did not come with a spare key.
They handled all that and were also able to reprogram the RKE fob from our 2018 truck that was totaled in an accident. That saved us $80.
Our service manager Craig did a great job and I will definitely be back here for all our scheduled maintenance. And I ordered some premium floor mats that will be in in a couple days.
So, for sales I gave them 3 stars, but I’m updating them to 5 stars for Service.

Called about a used vehicle and made arrangements to see the car the following day. Arrived and car was in the lot, filthy, still had previous owners junk in it.and it was a lot of junk. Battery was dead. Total waste of my time. Avoid this dealership. #lazypeople

Booked a service appointment for my truck and was told they would fix it that day. Went in for my appointment Chris said there’s no way they could do it. Wasted my time. This isn’t time this dealership screwed me either. Never again Freeway Chevrolet! My guess is they pay big money to get their rating boosted because they truly are terrible.

Erica helped us with buying our car and she was amazing. All around great person! Will def be back when its time for another vehicle!

I had an appt early in the morning. After a long period of wait time I checked on my vehicle to see what was the issue. It had not been diagnosed yet. I was pretty upset and went to my service advisor Christian Henninger! He went out of his way to go check on my vehicle and tell the techs to make sure I was next. He apologized over and over again but made it right! It was a pleasure to work him and he made my day by doing that even though I spent a good part of the day at the dealership. Highly recommend Christian to anyone with service issues!

I purchased a non Chevy vehicle from Freeway Chevrolet. I still bring it to them for regular servicing because they are friendly, efficient, and do great work at a competitive price.

Today my husband and I went into Freeway Chevrolet, we had just purchased a vehicle there. We were experiencing a small glitch in our vehicle and took it in to be serviced. The service was outstanding! Our assistance was provided by Fruenze Parker, who originally helped us purchase our vehicle. Freeway Chevrolet has earned five stars simply because they really do care about the consumer. They assisted us in a timely manner. Greg the Finance person also let us know that our payments would be lower as well. The service provided to us was outstanding from the time of arrival until the time of departure today.
I recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a new or used vehicle. Great job Fruenze, Greg.also I'd like to thank Michael Broadway, General Sales Manager, for our excellent experience at Freeway Chevrolet.

Traded in my 2019 Bolt EV for a new 2021 Bolt EV. I wasn't going to buy that day since I didn't yet have money transferred from my funds to my checking account. The salesman stated a GM Finance loan that day would allow me to take home the car. And if I pay it off in 45 days there will be no interest charge. Well that was not true as when I went to pay off the loan within 45 days GM charged me $70 of interest. Second problem was I told the dealer I wanted to keep my Veterans license plate. Well that didn't happen as I received new plates in the mail. It cost me $37 to transfer back to my Veterans tag. The experience in buying a new car was less than satisfactory.

Only one complaint I would have preferred they came and talk to me that my car was done or needed more work to be done instead of a text

Upon arrival, was greeted with the best customer service. Worked with Malkum and Shanklin and they were very excellent in meeting our needs. They were very very professional and courteous. We weren't there all day either. Fast and efficient. Elated with our purchase, we would definitely recommend anyone to come and find their new vehicle with Freeway Chevrolet in Chandler Az! Melissa in service was very nice and friendly. She was honest and very transparent about cost and issues, she didn't push anything.
