15Shane in service is a great person to be my service manager. He know me even if I only come in a couple of times a year. Works hard to insure your vehicle is serviced accurately and that the customer is satisfied.
Oil change and 15k maintenance. The bill was $50 over the estimate. I won’t buy a new vehicle here, could only imagine the added on fees.
The service is great, but the beginning is very confusing. First, it is very confusing which entry I'm supposed to drive into. I have been here several times and it is still very unclear to me. Whichever one I go to it always seems like I'm in the wrong place based on the employee's reactions. I had an appointment but the first service advisor seemed rushed and like he wanted to get rid of me without clarifying my needs. He was pushing me off on the windshield guy and although that needed service too I was there for a full service on my vehicle. They kept using jargon I didn't understand when referring to the drives and again he didn't clarify for me. He also didn't Say hang on I will get the person you need to talk to. Finally the right service guy? Came over and I advised him of what I needed and he set me up. It shouldn't be that hard for someone to explain it to me so I am not confused every time I come about where I should go and who I should speak to. Maybe include that information in the texts before service.
Then the service was fast but the app meant to keep me informed only tells me it's in service. Details would be nice. I liked the payout process being with the service people that is fast and convenient. But again someone who goes over what was done either on the app or in person when I pay would be helpful for me to understand the service completed in detail.
Other all the communication from service needs to be better and more timely for me to feel more informed and comfortable with what is being done to my care and that I am being heard. I know about cars treat me like I do.
Stopped in with no appointment scheduled, got checked in, serviced, and vehicle back next day.
I have always appreciated this dealership! I am able to make appointments, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Their pricing is also adequate. I couldn't believe they even paid for my Lyft driver as I needed to go to the office. I can highly recommend this dealership! Thank you!

Took my truck at 11: 30am to have my battery changed… they want to keep it over night! For a battery change! My vehicle is a 2022! Only a year old…. The battery shouldn’t even be bad… and they need 24 hours to replace it!
Took my Camaro in for an inspection. Needed some maintenance, I got it back quickly and it felt like a new car. Very happy with my visit.
Great customer service. Got me in right away and was taken care of professionally and in a timely manner.
The dealership lets us drive off the lot in a brand new truck giving us hope that we got the truck and tel us to return it and crushing our hopes
The original estimate was going to charge me $300+ for something that was covered by my warranty from previous work at Freeway. They did not call me back when I left a message. Very so so experience

Mark Turner was most responsive to my car troubles. I've been to two other dealers. They didn't even seem to bother with the details of my car problems. Or easily gave up with generic blanket answers that seemed to bypass checking my extended or regular warranty.
I called for an oil change and tire rotation. I was able to get an appointment the same day. Service was fast. It only took about 1 hour. The waiting room was nice. Everyone was very friendly and professional.
We dropped off our company vehicle on Wednesday for an oil change and a few other things. My Service Contact Mark Turner was amazing when communicating with me about the recommended work and pricing. The vehicle was worked on and kept over the weekend and delivered to me on Monday. I received a call from Paul Wines asking about setting up a fleet account. The vehicle needed a few more items that were missed, so they picked up the vehicle and made them right. I like the dealership and the employees I have dealt with. The only reason for the 9/10 is because I was not happy with the work not being done when they had it the first time. I am pleased with the solution of making it right and will definitely be back.
