Employees working for customer care are not communicative or diligent. Just spoke to Carlos, he kept repeating the same thing over and over instead of explaining things to a customer that is simply trying to get a refund issued for a policy that has been cancelled. "I see here on my end the refund has been issued" but I just visited my bank and they confirmed that they see nothing sent back.

I was walked through the process of getting insurance and helped throughout the way! They are very helpful and give you the best deals on insurance 10/10 recommend!
