Fresca Cafe, Prescott AZ

I just had the worst shrimp scampi in my entire life at this restaurant! The noodles were undercooked, the sauce was watery, and there was only 4 small shrimp in the middle of the soupy noodles that tasted like cheap wine. I told the waitress about the tiny amount of shrimp, and she replied that she would let the cook know, but no response after that as she just walked away. She was so unprofessional. This was an aful dish and I will never waste my time or money again at this restaurant!

You can't believe the info they've posted on the Internet.their website said they were open until 7pm today. We stopped by for lunch today at 1pm and they were closed. If you are going to post your info on a website, mind that it is accurate.

The food here is delicious. I like being able to walk in and eat good food without a reservation or even a wait.

I really love coming to frescas. It's probably my favorite mid-level restaurant and I come here often. The gelato is made in-house and their flavors are imaginative. The pasta dishes are typical of greasy spoon places and a bit unrefined with too much watery sauce. However, their salads are always fresh and every one is a great combination of ingredients. My favorite part is their kid menu is reminiscent of Spaghetti Factory where they get chips and a gelato with their meal at no extra cost.

Kimi was so pleasant. My friend and I felt so at home. The special veal dish was delicious!

The best service we’ve had in a long time, Fresco Cafe really knows how to give personal attention.

Highly recommend this place! Attentive service & delicious food. We had paninis & gelato. My picky two year old got the spaghetti kids meal & ate every bit of it. We all had gelato, so so good! Will definitely be back

Always great food and friendly staff. Pizza and meatballs are great. Save room for the gelato and ice cream.

The meatballs are amazing. I ordered 4 and it came with awesome bread. Took me two days to eat because there so big.

We went yesterday evening and my husband ordered bake ziti but he was disappointed, he expected the ziti to be baked but it was the pasta with a lot of sauce like kind of sauce with pasta. This is not a bake ziti sorry. We are used to the italian bake ziti in new york which is real baked but this is not a real Italian bake ziti.
Also I ordered a long Island panini and the bread was over toasted it was very dark brown kind of black. I had it before and it was very good but not this time.

What a great place! Don't know how we haven't found it sooner. We both had the build your own 10 inch pizza. The crust, sauce, cheese, and toppings were great! Service was friendly and the gelato was great as well. We'll definitely be back.

The knoochie was gross I don't know why people said it was good. The bread wasn't good either. The sauce is good but I guess I picked the wrong pasta dish

Nice little Cafe. Meatballs were absolutely Delicious along with the bread. The Salad the only thing I didn't like was the bowl it was severed in.

Everything was just so friggin tasty. Pricing was decent too. Kids meal even came with a scoop of gelato. Will be back!

My daughter recommended Fresca and she did not steer us wrong. I am gluten free and Italian places can be a challenge. It had the GF Cheese Ravioli and I was very pleased. The ravioli were cooked perfectly and the sauce was pretty darn good. It could have used a few more spices but at least it wasn't overly sweet like some restaurants. Kimi, our server, was excellent and brought me GF bread to go with my ravioli. My wife got a small pizza and loved it. The crust was tasty and was cooked just right. Portion sizes were good and prices are average for the area. She got a canoli for dessert and I had a affogato with canoli gelato. Both were very good. Fresca was easy to find and there is plenty of parking.

Went here after hearing really good things about it. I want to be clear nothing was necessarily bad. I got the pizza and a salad and it was fine it just wasn’t anything special.the staff was very kind and worked hard especially when being short staffed!

The Gnocci and Alfredo is one of the best but my experience dining there on several occasions was pretty disappointing. The young girls working there should be more respectful to their customers. I was appalled
with the way we were treated with our last visit and we will no longer be dining there again.

Check out their prices! Very inexpensive, especially with how good the food is. I had the Park Avenue pizza. Delicious! Will definitely return!

If you're in Prescott and looking for delicious Italian food, this is the place to go. Their lasagna is enough for 2 meals and their cheesy garlic bread with marinara sauce will have you salivating! They do not disappoint.
