I went there today! And very happy with service and the nail tech was terrific. Will differently go back!

A friend's daughter was looking for fancy new nails before going back to Australia. Nancy's reviews were so great, we were sold. Nancy was quick to respond and very friendly. She matched the picture provided and my friend's daughter couldn't be happier! 10/10 approve and wont hesitate to refer others.

Came here for the first time and was amazing! They were very sanitary with everything and my nails came out amazing! I also got a pedi and it was great! 10/10 new go to!

I love this place and have been going here for nearly two years. Everyone does a great job, but Diana is the best! Exactly what I ask for every time, and they can do any of the newest fashions and styles as soon as they start trending online. I’m very sensitive when it comes to pedicures and nail pop off time, and they never hurt me! Love this place and Diana!

Was told 20 minutes to wait for service and instead waited even longer than that and this was my first time so when I walked in I was already getting yelled at to wash my hands in front of everyone but when other customers walked in she was kindly telling them to wash theirs without the yelling? I ended up leaving because I was never even acknowledged never come here instead go to Az nails and spa they help you right away and if not within minutes they do exactly what you’re wanting without rude customer service

Horrible. Nails where all crooked different sizes. Took my daughter for her birthday and they left them full of little hairs under the acrylic wasted 200$ and ended up going to a different place to fix them.

I’ve been coming here since I first moved to Arizona, 5 years ago. Honestly the quality of service has declined tremendously. Before you were able to show a picture of what you wanted and get just that, now you’re lucky if it resembles it. If I’m going to pay $120 for my nails, I’m going to go somewhere where they do exactly how I want my nails done. Im don’t paying high rates for mediocre results. On top of that, I’m here always really rude with my 13 yr old daughter when she gets a service. Extreme Nails over at Arrowhead have been amazing, i hate that drive but it’s where they do exactly what I want. Shape, color, and design. Sorry Fresh nails, I gave y’all the opportunity but I feel like y’all don’t care anymore.

I’ve been going here with my girlfriend for quite sometime, close to two years. My last two visits, things started getting, I guess you could say sloppy. Todays visit, worse than the last two. The mail tech for my pedicure was sub par, not being mindful of the sharper tools and cutting and poking several times, not to mention being scratched and pinched several times by her nails. On my previous visit, the tech left midway through to pick up her lunch delivery and take her lunch break. Left me there sitting right in the middle for 30 minutes. In addition, I typically get the upgraded package, but they have yet to give everything in the package, including that which is standard. The fact this has been continuously losing their touch, I won’t be going back. There are options on every other corner. Pass this one by.

Went in for a fill on a set that originally costed 65 with flowers, to having to pay 70 for the fill two weeks later with French tip and dollar store diamonds…. Over all good shop just be sure and ask price prior to services.

No tech had no idea what she was doing. Her understanding of the English language is slim to none so that makes it even worst. Really dissatisfied

I've gone here two times both times I've gotten the same nails (medium marbel French) one time I went in and I was dressed up and I look nice and they charged me $90 and other time I was just normally and they charged me $65
