If I could give 10 stars I would! Freshly did a great job with cleaning my carpet and tile grout! They were able to schedule me quickly and the were very friendly and informative about their products!

First off I would like to say Rocky is awesome! We had a situation with our appointment time and had to keep changing it. The final time I was available he wasn’t and I was so bummed because he had such good reviews from people in our Sun Groves neighborhood. After trying to find someone else, even a referral from him, he called me back and was able to fit me in! The job ended being bigger than he anticipated but he didn’t show any grief or change his price like most companies would. He took his time no matter how long it took and was very professional, thorough and pleasant during the process. From what I can see so far (the carpet is still wet and I’m doing this review as he is finishing up), everything looks nice and clean, not like some jobs that you can tell will still have stains. It also smells good in the house! I can’t wait to walk on it with my bare feet! I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs cleaning services on their floors. Thank you Rocky!

Rocky did an amazing job! I have 4 dogs and a few accidents on carpet. The carpet looks so good and smells clean. The price was reasonable too. I will definitely be recommending Rocky.
