Need to know who u hire old white man driving tow truck had me slamming my brakes because he cut me off

The driver that came and picked up my rental van from a hit and run stole my wedding ring out of the van door, and ofcourse when I called to get the driver's name Noone at frontier towing was any help what's so ever. A bunch of dishonest people. If I could give zero stars I would.

They do tow fishing that illegal in Arizona they will damage other tow companys trucks to steal the tow just reported to Arizona Dot poor business ethics rude drivers should lose tow license

Literally called them on a Sunday and this rude lady answers the phone telling me she can't answer any questions and that they were closed on Sunday if that was the case why even answer the phone?

I agree with a previous review. Not sure why they aren't rated higher. My car was dead on the side of the road and the maker called Frontier to arrange a tow. Benny from Frontier showed up with a flat bed and arrived within the time frame given. He was had a working knowledge of my car specifics. I asked if instead of the agreed location if he'd tow it to my house. My issue was worrying about getting it in my garage. Benny said he'd do it even if he had to push it in the garage.

I know the maker of my car uses Frontier as a preferred towing company, but I will recommend them and Benny to family and friends who may need an unexpected tow. Couldn't be happier with the service I received.

Fantastic service. The gentleman who helped name is Richard, he just had a new baby boy. He was so thoughtful he would not put his truck in our drive way so not to hurt our pavers. He pushed it to the road. That is beyond service. He is friendly and knowledgeable, he even tried jumping the car. Wow I am impressed with the level of service. Thanks again Richard, I appreciate you.

Benny, you are a real treasure. Thank you so much for your kindness. We had a tire blowout in Tucson off the I-10 Eastbound, and you went above and beyond to make sure we were safe and had a place to stay - it was past midnight. We are so thankful for your help!

The driver went above and beyond for us. Not only was he a true professional, but because of our location and difficulty of the job, he was kind enough to call to ease my mind when he reached the paved road and again when he had delivered my car to the mechanic's shop. I wouldn't use any other company for a tow.

I’m honestly not sure why they only have 3.6 stars. I called them with interest of getting a pod container towed and my car from the south side to the east side. My driver (Larry) was awesome. I gave them a time frame that I needed them there and they called when they were on the way. Larry put everything exactly where I wanted it and was very friendly.
They towed the pod first and if they wouldn’t be worth using again I definitely would have hired someone else to haul my 68 Fury. They did great for me twice out of two times so I think I’ll stick with em next time.

Not allowed to get my house keys or heart medication for 2 days even though i expressed the very need for both several times. Had to go to hospital for my meds and paid way too much to retrieve my vehicle.

Frontier driver was on time and very knowledgeable and helpful with this move. Everything with the move went smoothly and quickly. I would definitely use this company in the future and recommend them to others. They are professional and know what they are doing.

The manager of this place is down right awful. He was very rude to me on the phone and was cussing me out. If I could give 0 stars, i would. Very unprofessional place. Would not reccomend this. The person seems very miserable to make him want to talk to people the way he does. Please use somebody else.
