Frontier Town reviews
16Super Fun little Western Town with lots of specialty shops and restaurants! Fun things to do for kids and plenty of backdrops for pictures
Very nice little attraction experience was wonderful people where very nice cheerful an caring.
We happened upon this place after eating at the Grotto Cafe (which I recommend). Cute little shops. Not a huge selection, but you can definitely spend 30 minutes or more poking around. The best part was the western reenactment! It was very well done! I have no idea if the actors are paid, but it was a welcomed surprise and totally free. There are some cute picture opportunities here and there is a gravel lot on the same side of the street beside it that make access super easy. I did notice that places had wheelchair ramps as well.
This little historic tourist town in Cave Creek, Az is a true step back in time. With or without the fun southwestern metal yard decorations and clothes that are for sale, the old buildings and sidewalks lend to an authentic old frontier feel. The church is precious. A quick visit is a must when visiting Cave Creek.
Fun place to visit. Lots of shopping and local pottery, Art, jewelry, etc. Food & drinks were great at Stumblinas restaurant
We came during off season on a weekday, so only the stores were open. Walking around it looked to have a lot of activities to get into though.
Great western town. Lot of old horse carages, jail, saloon. Must visit if you are in Phoenix. 30 min drive.
Really cool things to see theres a reenact of tombstone western cowboys, and cute souvenirs shops and just a cute atmosphere
I have brought visitors here over the years and I have to say it does not seem to have anything to draw you there anymore. If you want to eat or drink you need to go to a nearby restaurant. The bbq joint has never been open when we visit. There are a few tiny shops still open but nothing really to keep you there. It's very tired. The wedding venue looks like it could be a nice place to rent out for a small ceremony but if they don't spruce things up, it will soon be a ghost town.
Not much going on here when we stopped. It was a Thursday evening around 4pm. Maybe the weekends are more exciting. The shops were okay. They had some unique clothing shops which didn't really fit with the town feel.
Loved all the little shops in frontier Town probably spent way too much money but everything was so cute.
Fun spontaneous trip which isn’t far from me and really fun to just get out of the house. Favorite part was the different environment & vibe sitting just minutes from our house and didn’t even realize it.
Great place for souvenir shopping and snap some good photos. The drive to get there was nice, too.
Kitsch fun, some nice shops with clothes and artisanal goods like candles and jams and goatsmilk soaps. It's also a wedding venue with a small western style chapel set up and dance floor, great spots for photos.fun for all any day, even for on the BIG day!
The shops that are open are cute, but the main restaurant and event area is closed. There is nowhere on their website or reviews that say their main attractions are unavailable. I'm sure this would be a cute event venue, but not worth the trip. Better just to go to any of the other shops and restaurants in Cave Creek
Super cute cowboy town (shops). Lots of cute items in each shop. Definitely a fun place to stop if you’re visiting AZ. Cave Creek is a pretty town. Lots of restaurants and shops off main strip.
