Fry's, Tucson AZ

I always go here for fried chicken. It sells fried chicken that tastes better than the fried chicken restaurants in town, to be honest. And is leagues cheaper than them as well, with 8 pieces for like $5.

This Frys on Golf links and Kolb has some of the m ok at rudest Managers I have ever delt with. I purchased a gift card and nothing but problems and issues and no one at this store would even attempt to help me but one manager, Sean. But still no solutions. However the manager Christina, she was the most rudest person and talk to me in a very demeaning way for a customer offering no help. Never again to this store.

Blah! Here we go again. I asked THOMAS for a lil help at the kiosk. I went to pay for for my products and apparently my debit card info froze in the system. I went to ask THOMAS for help. I expressed I hoped to not be charged twice and he lectures me that that was impossible in the system. (Apparently not). About time someone teaches these people a little customer service skills. Then again, his shirt was buttoned to the top. Maybe he was having a brain fart

I went there to get some dinner some sliced Boars head And they said the deli was closed at 7: 12 PM I can think of other places to shop at besides fries about now

They have good friend chicken. In the mornings reduced produce for 99c. Nice to have a self check out line. You need the app to get digital coupons which can be a little tedious to redeem through the app.

To the new front end manager named "Rainee" that just got transfered from the 9401 E 22nd Frys. Your vendetta with Instacart shoppers is very confusing. I overheard a conversation between him and a self checkout employee about how "often" they see me shopping at their store and "asked them to have their back" which I can only assume is an alliance to get me cancelled? Which will not happen because I have a perfect shopper rating and have never had one issue with a store associate or employee.

He tried to file multiple complaints on my peers and other Instacart shoppers at his previous store which is the only reason I know the games he plays and to not engage him in conversation. For me, once I mentioned how much money I made doing Instacart (which was a mistake) he completely changed his tune and his attitude toward me became incredibly toxic.

You know it’s not a bad store, just very short handed with cashiers, but trying to get a job here you might as well try the little ceasers first before applying for fry’s. Was told I was hired but just needed a background check, mine is all clear, tried following up but either no one picked up the phone or I was on hold for a good while just for them to give me a yes or no answer and still was not given an answer. Like I said not a bad store just needs I guess you can say “more customer service”.

I love my Fry's. Went to different Fry's today and was told they don't carry lamb, as most of the other Fry's do. I was there specifically to buy lamb chops. I bought nothing.

Very polite and helpful personnel, great getting to know them by name. Very clean and well organized store. Fast checkout. Pharmacy personnel are very professional, knowledgeable, and personable.

Bought some cube steak today 5/25/22. Dated sell by 5/27/22. Opened it up, and the part that couldnt be seen in the package was rotted and spoiled. Not shopping at frys again.

Will upgrade this 1 star once management stops endangering people like my 3year old twins by forcing us to walk in the street to get around their shopping carts. Otherwise the store is great but safeway at Wilmot and golflinks has better produce at a slightly higher cost

I want to thank kevin for being so nice and helpful, he assisted me with something during my shopping and he was prompt and very polite.

Fry's is my main shopping place.everyong s friendly helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are great. I have only had on problem at fry's, what are the chances of getting a fake 20 dollar bill back from the selfservice lane. Last week I did ge5 one from my change back, is that common should I have my bills checked or not use the self check out.

I arrived at the store on golf links and KOLb and was at the door at 10: 52pm along with an other lady that was trying to go in also. The doors wouldn’t open so I pulled them open for the lady and as we went in I was abruptly stopped by a lady named Allison, Addison or Madison (I don’t remember) that said the store was closed and the older lady had said it wasn’t 11pm yet and she said they close the doors 5 minutes before they close by company policy and I than repeated that to her to verify, I than pulled my phone out to show her it was 10: 53pm proving her I had two minutes and to “excuse me” where she kept saying, the store was closed by what she had said. I should have been able to go in and get what I needed. This lady turned away 3 people that I counted.

Yesterday the frys at kolb and golflinks chased a man that stole a bottle of alcohol across the street to Walgreens. An innocent man saw that this guy had a stolen the bottle of alcohol so he took it from the thief. As he entered Walgreens he asked if that guy took the bottle, the girl from frys came up behind the man and peppered sprayed him in the face. She realized she got the wrong man then bribed him not to press charges. The police officer saw the video and tried to encourage to press charges for assault. Don’t feel safe entering their store that might assault me for no reason. Poor customer care
