Fry's, Tucson AZ

About 2 weeks ago I was looking for Dove Liguid, with Antibiotics, for my Sister.

Fry's was out for over a week, so I asked Derek, In Stocking  for help. He scanned something, which said 7 in stock. He then checked in the back, & found none. He told me he would  phone in a request for more. In 2 days, as he was doing stocking, he called  me over, & told me they had just arrived, as he handed me 1 Bottle.
As far as I am concerned, he is the Best Employee Fry's Has Ever Had.

Always great experience at this store. It is wonderful and everyone is courteous and helpful. I appreciate everyone at this store.

I shop at this location only for my household essential needs not because I enjoy walking into this store. I know to expect that as soon as I get off my car, I will walk over lots of littering, old drink stains and ripped coupon magazines molded into the darkest cement grout; this community is so filthy and does not care to pick up after themselves neither does Fry’s think it’s a safety hazard to spend their bucks to be earth friendly. There are kids and service dogs who sleep on our beds and who have to walk these floors but at least they have hand sanitizing wipes at the entrance right?

Fry’s, just a suggestion in case you ever want to restore your image to your community, please remodel this whole place up including parking lot pavement. If Starbucks is doing it, why can’t you? Your revenue for 2021 was 2.4 billion $$$

The store has the rudest and the most unhelpful people working in it that I've ever shopped at in my life. Lyle Deets.

One of the courtesy clerks was looking in my purse And I called him out on it. First time experience that in that store! Not black friendly!

Every time I come here they want to take my backpack.check it and treat me like I'm gonna rob the place. It's not the security guy, it's fry and their rules against men who carry bags. Yet every woman can come in with a purse and it's no problem. I don't like it. Y'all need to stop. It's pure discrimination. Take everyone's bag or no ones. Done giving this location my money since I'm so sketchy.

The store is great but customer service is slow and let's the line get Very long on the 1st of the month like she don't care

Purchasing With the pick up service. Produce was not it's edible and and now they say I have to go inside to Return Produce. I need to be quarantined and there is no Solution Without going inside the store which is the whole purpose of the whole purpose of the no contact service? So therefore I don't get to return produce that was not edible? If they can drop the groceries off in the back why can't they pick up returns in the back?

I have lived here in tucson since 2000.and grew up in the in the grocery store business with my own father managing a grocery store my whole life I have been devoted Fry's customer since 2000 and now with a sad disappointment I am now going to boycott this particular fries I have never seen such horrible and I mean horrible customer service and manager's just walking around like they have nothing to do and allow their cashiers to treat customers like this I even seen a lady paying with food stamps and seen a cashier with my own two eyes belittle her about what she was buying.worse frys in Tucson

Great store, friendly employees. If the shopping carts were available at the entrance it would easily be 5 stars for me.

Used to be my favorite store and I usually give it a five but the employees are not friendly at all anymore.

I was a worker for this Fry's and cashier's will talk bad about people with disorders or elders I worked here for 3 mounths the work place is toxic couple of cashier's are racist against anyone of color, They also broke multiple protocols on making sure associates are there priority that's false, I was hit by a car at work and they said I did it on purpose, forced me to sign papers (I'm 17) with out my mom present or an adult present, next they denied my mom video access me video access didn't give me work man's comp, also they will talk bad ab ok ur you to random people
I had someone come to me and say I was the one who walked into a moving car

Used there only order and delivery to home. They charged my card the night before the next day it said order in progress went threw the stages and it says delivery on the way 5 mins later it says delivered and we got nothing about 5 mins go by and it says cancels. So I call today to talk to them the lady was talking at me not to me told me it was Instacart I called them it was not the name on my account charge says fry's. So I called 1800 frys number lady said it was canceled I asked why she said she called the store and said they couldn't find my order nber but just a few mins before she had it well then she just hung up me. So I call the store again the I get the same lady as before and she tells me the other place never contacted me and they can't help and I said it seems like we are getting the run around and she said yes. So mow my father who the food was for I'm on his account and lives check to check is out of money till the 10th and he has no food and with out the money back can't get any.

Fresh For Everyone is what Fry's advertises, but not so much. Save your receipts and check expiration dates! See photo of the receipt of the Classico Lasagna & then the box. Wow, purchased on 1/19/22 and this expired 7/10/21, over 6 months ago! Lasagna sounded so good, but had to change plans.
Wish I had taken photos of Bob Evans Mac n Cheese that I purchased on 12/17/21. It had expired 2 days prior to the date of purchase! I returned it and got an "I'm Sorry", but I was sure looking forward to having some mac n cheese!

Here's the bottom line. Fry's management is not taking care of the store or it's customers. It's not just standing in line to return expired items and hearing the "I'm sorry" from customer service. It is the disappointment and an absolute disservice as outlined below.
2 scenarios.
1. You had gone to Fry's and bought groceries. Now, you're at home preparing a meal that you had planned, or perhaps it was spur of the moment. Now, you cook what you purchased, and it smells, looks 'off' and oh my that awful taste. You discover it is expired. Now you have to find something else to eat.
2. The same as above, but it is a frozen meal, (as in the lasagna). It's 5pm and time to make dinner. You take the box out of the freezer so you can read what temperature you need to preheat the oven to. You see on the box that the expiration date in 6 months expired! Now you have to find something else to prepare.

Fresh For Everyone? Nope.

The online pickup has loaded someone's order on one occasion, and missing over half of a $130 purchase charge. I choose this option because of my busy schedule. I'm considering going to a different store next time.
