Fry's, Tucson AZ

It's always enjoyable shopping at this Fry's, they have more of a selection than my Fry's in Phoenix had. The store is clean and the shelves are stocked fully which during the pandemic no matter where you shopped the shelves were bare. A nice selection of baked goods and fresh meat and I like the fact that it's in a strip mall near Burlington coat factory and close to the freeway.

The new security tomboy is something else if you pay attention she eye balls your cart up and down and has the audacity to wand it after seeing that you paid at the register. She makes you feel super uncomfortable she should be looking out for the people who are stealing instead she's making little customers feel very uncomfortable. I've been going to this fries for 30 years I will not return because of this so called security guard

Fast self checkout and assisted by Jesse in scanning heavy items on cart. Friendly staff. Great prices.

Horrible customer service, no cashier's at night. No help at self checkout, no guns for big large/heavy items.
Store closes at 9: 50 NOT supposed to close till 10: 00. Won't let anyone in after 9: 50 and door are locked so you can't go in, have to wait to for someone to open doors to get out.
If you have another store near you shop there, avoid this store if you don't want to be treated like 2nd class citizens.

This is my last time here. One night they have checkout lanes open, a week later only self checkout with $175 and they won't open a checkout.

It's Fry's it's in America where we are still free. What can I say but all Glory to the Lord.

Long wait at the pharmacy and customer service desk. At the service desk, there was only 1 employee on the 1st of the month.
