New Review. Had to knock a star off. Still love the store and most of the employees and parking lot still like a game of Frogger.

But I did my first PICK-UP ORDER. They don't lay out how it works, like substitutions and out-of-stock. But overall, painless. Charges hit my bank account immediately, but credits for out-of-stock items will take 3-5 days!

Bree was extremely helpful. She stopped what she was doing to help me find find the product. When she saw me struggling she stops what she was doing again to walk with me to find the product. SHE IS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND AN EXCELLENT EMPLOYEE!

Arrived at 8: 49 I was just going to grab some milk for my baby, they did not let me in, I'm very upset, I get it they have to close early but some of us need regular items. They close at 9. I wasn't aware but I still had a couple minutes to grab milk.

I was at Frys on 106th and Grand today and a cashier named Kenneth was rude. I had 2 items and I got in his line. He said you should use the self check out when you have a couple items, I said I prefer not to and his reply was maybe next week the Pony Express will return or maybe steam ships.

This particular grocery store located off grand ave is a nightmare. It is always crowed, dirty and exhausting. I think it simply cannot handle the amount of people that shop there. The staff sees us older shoppers so much I think they are worn out. They never offer to help. The isles are narrow and there are so many kiosks you can barely navigate. This grocery store is a real pain to shop at

The people at Fry's are nice and always helpful, but dang it its always soooo busy and u have to wait in line forever. Don't dare buy ice cream it will be melted before u check out.wish they had more lines open when it gets busy.so I'm adding to this review love the new self Ck outs.now you can get out fast no melting ice cream

Tired of hurdling panhandling vagrants every time I come there, especially the fuel area. They need to hire security and enroll in a trespassing program with law enforcement. Also, they are always out of certain items all of the time recently.

I will not be returning until these issues are addressed.

I'm new to the area and just getting acquainted with the grocery stores available. Fry's meets my needs better than others because it's similar to the Publix chain in Florida. That was my go-to Grocery for the last 47 years. Hard to find a store here that is similar. The store brands are good and the prices are competitive. I have noticed a difference in the products available from one store to the next. I like the scones available in the store in Sun City West, but they aren't available in the store close to me in Sun City. Trying to figure out the gas promotion and how it works.

I love this frys but, so sick of smelling the cigarette smell walking right out this door and what aggravated me the most is when it’s employees! Right by a NO SMOKING SIGN! Respect your customers frys!

This store is just kind of annoying. Always a ton people. Hard to find stuff. I seldom go here. They have to have really good deals for me to go. They do have delicious bakery breads though.

Sun City Fry's on Grand has an excellent team member. Paul in the meat department gave my family outstanding customer service today! He stopped what he was doing to help my 99yr old grandmother. She had her heart set on frozen fish but I was positive that it would be too expensive for our budget. Without his quick thinking and willingness to help we would've missed a buy one get one free deal.

No employees to ask where products are. No manned registers. Honey crisp apples on sale but not in the lookup list. I don't work for you and shouldn't have to ring up my own groceries!
More than half of the "help me" lights going off at the 6 open self serve registers so suggested employee open lane he was in helping someone so it would be faster and was told he didn't have a register - neither do I!
Don't want bags and told it that & it wouldn't let me check out since we had taken items off bag shelf to get ready to leave while finishing paying but it wouldn't let us pay without them on the shelf. I should only have to tell it not bagging once!

They started charging you to get cash back even with purchase! No signs. No warnings. I get hit with fee at gas pump and then again in store before I knew about it.
IF YOU ARE CHARGING A FEE YOU NEED TO POST A SIGN FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS SO THEY ARE AWARE. THEN, THEY CAN CHOOSE TO SHOP ELSEWHERE WITHOUT A FEE IF THEY CHOOSE. NOT HAVE THEM FIND OUT AFTER THE PURCHASE!

Good prices, but not enough cashiers for the long lines. Never enough help at service desk. Sidewalk running in front of store is fithly and needs to be power washed especally the "designated smoking area". It's disgusting. Also, is motorcycle parking really on the sidewalk in front of the store? Tired of yellow HD motorcycle parked in the way where customers walk to enter the store. Already congested enough and inconsiderate to intentionally block sidewalk.

I absolutely despise this Frys. It is awful to get in and out of. The parking lot is way to small to accommodate the size of the store, as well as the remainder of the strip mall. For being in a retirement community they lack adequate, functioning scooters, in comparison to any other store I've patronized. They have very limited handicap parking as well. 4 handicap spaces have been allocated for pickup orders, but handicapped individuals use them, as they are marked and spaced comfortable to the handicap spaces. I want to be able to use the grocery store in my community, but I don't think it meets the needs of the primary population. Why don't they have pickup in the back? Kroger companies know how to treat customers better. A store scooter should NEVER leave the store without an attendant to return it to the store and plug it in. Customer Service. Check with HEB grocery stores. You don't go out without someone to bring it back. Even if you say "I don't need help" they still go. At this store I ALWAYS have to ask and wait for help out. Kroger CO.loosen your purse-strings!

Got to be the one of the busiest Fry's in the valley, always full but they have what you need when you need it.

The employees at this location have always been nice. Never had a problem there.

The selection for the size of the location is pretty good and the prices are reasonable.

The big drawback here is the parking lot. I'm not sure what brain dead monkey designed it, but it's awful and causes people to do really dumb things. It's downright dangerous.

I Absolutely! Love! This Fry's the store itself is so clean and very! Well organized! And the Employees are all so very friendly! Talk about a one stop shop, they have just about everything you need from home decor to a Beautiful display of Fresh colorful Flowers! I could go on and on you just have to stop in and experience it for yourself.check out the produce, all fresh! The Bakery, smells so good! Lol! Even! Starbucks! The aroma is Awesome! Don't forget to pick up some Fresh and reasonable prices in the Deli! And on your way our! Stop and Gas up even! I Love! This Fry'sice cold Beer too! Don't forget the ice!
