This pharmacy is unbelievably slow at filling any type of prescription. It doesnt matter if I call or do it online it's never ready by the time you are given and most of the time that time is changed multiple times. I wish I could go back to my old pharmacy but insurance wont allow it.

Harassed by two female employees today for no mask.neither decided to stop and ask why I might not be wearing one or if a medical condition was prevalent. One simply wanted to make sure I knew I was not welcome in the store and to “shop online if I needed something else. ” It’s interesting that a non threat (me) is treated like a murderer because of a psychotic bias that gives someone the right to discriminate against me. Completely uncalled for to make a scene like that over a jug of milk. Isn’t this treatment the reason why people are burning stuff down? So now it’s ok or? Good thing I recorded it.

I was helped by a very fine fellow named Vern at the store on Waddell road when I left my wallet at home he suspended my purchase and held my cart until I returned with my wallet. In two minutes he had me checked out and on my way! Thank you Vern!

I always find what I need! Fresh produce and well stocked shelves. Staff are all friendly and helpful. The only negative is the pharmacy always has a long wait.

Lately out of alot of things. Other frys such as the Gilbert stores are stocked well. This is an much older store, and stays under stocked.

I had a medication that needed to be filled but there was issues with the insurance and I kept trying to figure out what was wrong with it via Danielle the pharmacy technician and Amber the Pharmacy Manager who had no sympathy or nerve to call me back to let me know for a whole week of me doing the leg work to get this medication covered (dire medication). I called back today and got treated like dirt by these two women who finally called the insurance after a week! I am out of meds and dont know how to come up with the money now because of their lack of follow through. They kept meeting us with aggression. They are in the wrong line of work. DONT GO TO THIS PHARMACY IF YOU DONT WANT TO WORRY ABOUT YOUR MEDS EVERY MONTH! Unless you like doing all the work and not get call backs.

Cashier aren't as friendly staff is not so helpful. And when someone brings their own bag please let us know we have to bag it ourselves. The person that was bagging the food just walked away to help someone else and left all my groceries on the counter so RUDE! And to top it off another customer left his food in a bag and I polit.ely let them know it wasn't mine. They need to pay more attention to what they are doing.

One of my favorite Fry's in Surprise. Always a friendly staff, good selection and never as crowded as some in the area. Good prices and has been decently well stocked throughout COVID.

Don't waste your time with online ordering. Mine as well went and got it myself. Been a half hour and still waiting.

Fry's Food And Drug always has the products I am looking for. The store is always clean and bright (the lighting). At the time that I went it was not crowded at all and my checkout was quick.

Glad u had shallots. There were three employees chatting at self check. Hard to get around them to leave.

The only place to shop for your food I love the fuel points give me some fuel points.

Don't shop here if you need to get your prescription filled I was treated so poorly I will not go there ever again. I dropped off my script and was asked for my Id Dropped off not picking up! So rude and she lied about their policy!

Good prices on what I buy, comparable to Walmart for my stuff and I get fuel points! Plus the scanner makes checkout take seconds with your own bags!

It was ok but I have to go other store for French bread because they change to that other bread that is so bad I hope they are planning on changing it back

This site is not well organized, extremely cramped and crowded as well as they're always out of stock on so much stuff! And I don't mean one or two things, I'm talking whole shelves are bare on a regular basis!

More cashiers. If self checkout and self bag was a good idea fresh and easy wouldn't have gone out of business.

Click list is amazing and the friendly staff says it all, Walmart and greedy El Mirage charge food tax which is beyond me

I love going to Fry's food and Drug, they have such a variety of foods and their specialize great. The personnel is so friendly.
